It went great. They were prompt and gave me a 30 minute Window before they arrived. I requested a Rheem and they had it with them. They completed the work on time and cleaned up. I would recommend them to others.

Punctual and did a good job scheduling and keeping me posted on the project.

While shopping for a water heater provider, I saw an Angies List Offer from Water Heaters Only for a 50 gallon gas water heater for $1069 complete; it was a little bigger than I had or needed. But, the price seemed a little less than some quoted from other provider websites but it was essentially a one click type thing so I called the company because I wasnt sure if they could do it when I needed if I did the one click thing. They would not make the same offer on the phone and I only really needed a 40 gallon heater. So while on the phone I hit the buy it now button and paid Angies List for the 50 gallon installed price and arranged for them to install the next morning. They showed up as scheduled and seemed to do fine at the installation (I worry a bit because the head installer was talking to his assistant behind the door about needing to study for his GED) but they only put in the 40 gallon unit probably saving themselves by my research $65 to $150 on the unit (it is also one of the cheapest units available on the market, not even electronic ignition). I consider Angies List partially to blame for allowing this deal with a company that would do that. Beware of those "special" deals.

It went very well. I was very pleased. I would recommend them. They came on time and cleaned up beautifully. Two people came to install it. They gave me good professional advice. It was handled by a very professional organization.

They were great! They were able to come the next morning, arrived on time and were finished in 90 minutes. They made sure the air was out of the lines before they left. Great guys - courteous, professional and tidy. The price was very competitive.

W.H.O. was the company that installed the old Water Heater about 15 years previously, and we remembered their good service at that time. It was a refreshing pleasure to do business with this company, no BS or after-selling. They arrived within 2 hours of my call. The team they sent was very professional and worked quickly to replace the old WH. If I could give a rating higher than an "A", I would do it.

WHO gave me a quick price quote over the phone and I scheduled them to come out a few days later. They provided a 1 hour window (how often do you see that anymore? So used to "we'll be there between 8-12) where they would arrive. Showed up on time, 2 very friendly guys. Replaced all the hoses and lines, both water heaters in about 2.5-3 hours. Price quote was lowest I had received and had credit coupon from Angies list. Do yourself a favor, if you need a new water heater go to these guys.

At 11:25 I got the call that they were on the way. The two men were professional, efficient, neat and knowledgeable (did I mention that it was about 25 degrees in the garage?) They had the old unit out, the plumbing moved to accommodate the new unit and the new one installed and working by 1:30. The price 75% of the maximum estimate that I had been given initially. By 2:30 we were back to "normal", doing laundry, cooking and doing general clean up with "Hot" water. I'm impressed ! Thanks for a job well done.

I called WHO around 8:15 in the morning and they had two gentlemen here by 1:00 in the afternoon. They replaced the water heater in a very timely fashion. The men were courteous, and informative about what they were doing, and why they had to do certain things for the installation. Kudos to WHO for splendid staff and prompt response. Oh yeah, and the Angie's List coupon saved me $150!!

It went well and as expected. We noticed the water heater went out at 8 PM. i called the Plano, TX number from the website. The tech was here at 1:30 PM the next day and was done in the 1.5 hours he said it would take. Very professional.

It went excellently! I called them around 11am, after reading online reviews of different companies. I was given an estimate over the phone that was competitive with what I thought was the going rate. They were at my house by 4pm and I had a new working water heater by 6pm. The guys that came out were friendly and fast. I felt bad that they had to lug my 20+ year old water heater down from the attic. That thing looked like it weighed a ton.

Jeremy and his assistant completed the work in about 1.5 hours. The work was done fairly cleanly. Water from the old tank was discharged to the nearby bath tub therefore left some stains which I cleaned away afterward. Plastic cover was used to wrap the old tank when it was brought down from the attic and moved out to the truck. Once the job was completed, Jeremy walked me through the operation of the water tank and all works done to it.

They arrived on time. Were professional and answered all questions we had. They completed the work on time and did a great job. I would hire them again.

One of the best service experiences of my life. Jeremy and Zach were punctual, professional and experienced. They got the work done quickly and for a fair price. The coupon they were offering made the pricing even better. They also were able to install a 50 gallon water heater like the one i had when I had been told by a previous contractor that i would only be able to get a 40 gallon and for a higher price. Tom, the owner, was also very nice and professional. Overall a great company that I will definitely use again and recommend to everyone.

Amazing. Wish every home repair went this easy. Highly Recommended! Our hot water went out in the evening. I called at 730pm and someone answered the phone and gave me a verbal estimate and scheduled me for the next day. (note: he had to put a lot of people on hold while we were talking so if you get put on hold - you may want to be patient). They called the next day to say they were ahead of schedule and would I like them to come early. Of course! They came, gave me an estimate and then worked for 3-4 hours through their lunch. They were polite, respectful and didn't disturb us. When they were done, they gave me a bill which was exactly their estimate. No add on b/s. I even used a coupon on Angies list to reduce the total cost a bit. I would used these guys 100 times again. A great vendor!!

These guys are great! Found them on Angie's List and received a quote very quickly. The quoted amount was very competitive and the actual charges were a little less than the quote. The installers, Jeremy and Zac, were awesome. They showed up on time, explained everything that they were doing and how long it would take. The install was in my attic above my second story. The installers arrived on time, gave a written estimate that was the same as the estimate given over the phone, got right to work, completed the job within three hours, cleaned up the area, explained what they had done and left. We were very pleased.

It is a pleasure to report that the service men arrived on time; gave me a complete estimate for all work (including sales tax) which I accepted. They got right to work and got the installation done in a timely manner and did not leave any mess. I was very pleased.

This was not good at all. They didn’t seem to have a good knowledgeable understanding of the plumbing. The way they were talking, describing the situation, how they wanted to go about and remedy the situation. Maybe they need some more training. I don’t know why they would have cut through the wall. They were punctual.

My water heater went out late last night. Called Water Heaters Only at about 12:30am. The phone was promptly answered and the rep walked me through turning off the gas and cold water input. We set up an appointment for 9:30am - only 9 hours after the phone call. Jeremy and Zack called, showed up 30 mins later and went to work. They had the old water heater out and the new one functioning in about an hour and a half. Friendly professional guys who knew exactly what they were doing. Less than 12 hours from initial phone call to being up and running is pretty hard to believe, especially since those hours were overnight. Can't recommend them enough.
