Showed up on time and installed WHs. Did a good job but had to repair a leak in water inlet piping on one of the WHs they put in.

The two guys showed up on time and went to work removing old and installing new gas water heater in garage. Did a good and professional job. They found the T&P valve was leaking and replaced it. Then they removed old and installed new electric water heater in attic. Only complaint was they did not do much to insulated the replaced piping to/from either water heater.

Very well. Second time I have used them. Great service and good price. I used a coupon they have on Angie's list and saved $150 both times. Their normal price is market competitive or maybe a little below so add in the coupon savings and a very good deal.

The water heater was in a cramped space. It was necessary for air conditioning lines to be temporarily relocated so that the new water heater could be installed. There were no delays. Once the A/C work was done, we contacted the water heaters crew and they quickly came to finish the installation.

Fantastic price and fast, good service for a new water heater install. Called in the middle of the night and they came out the very next day and did all the work for half the price of the nearest competitor.

Jeremy was awesome. We had to wait a couple of days for them to come because they were so busy but it was well worth it. With the coupon, the price was $200+ lower than any other bid and the best part was that I didn't feel nickel and dimed the whole time. The two other quotes I got gave me the "standard" price and then a laundry list of stuff I had to do to bring it "up to code," I didn't disagree that my stuff was old, but if you're replacing a water heater than should last at least 10 years, chances are people's stuff will be old, why lead me to believe that I'll pay a much lower price than was reasonable. Water Heaters Only isn't like that, they considered my stuff part of the "standard installation," hooray! I just wish that I could find more companies that make it that easy.

Our water heater went out late at night. We called them up and they were able to come out the next morning. Our current water heater is in a small closet as we have a very old home and the newer water heaters would not have fit in our closet. However, this company keeps smaller water heaters in stock for special projects such as ours. They do not carry them on the truck but they went and picked it up from their warehouse and were back very quickly. Our water heater was replaced by noon and has been working wonderfully ever since. Even though they had to bring in the special order water heater, they were still well within their estimate. I would recommend them to anyone in an emergency or who just wants to have a new water heaqter replaced.

The technicians called to let me know they were on their way, which I appreciated. When they arrived, they thoroughly explained everything and were very professional. We called Water Heaters Only at around 6 in the evening and they were at our home the next morning. They replaced it quickly and had us back in operation with hot water quickly. They looked at our other water heater and determined we didn't need to replace it yet. Awesomeness!

The team of two did a terrific job getting the job done in tight quarters. They also got the old water heater out of my house without spilling a drop of water on the carpet. After putting in my new water heater, the team adjusted the position of my washing machine so that my utility room door would open as before. No complaint -- they just did it. Got things back as they were before. A great job for a good price. Final cost (using Angie's List deal) was hundreds lower than estimated by my plumber.

These folks were great. Communicated well, worked methodically with respect for our property, finished work was polished and as a practicing mechanical engineer I know what I am looking at. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very smoothly and quickly. Called around 9 am on Wednesday for estimate for replacement of a 50 gallon gas water heater located in the garage. Quoted around $1000. They stated that they can come around 11 am-noon same day and they showed up at 11:15 with a 30 min heads up courtesy call. Very punctual. Quote was 1029 for water heater, shut off valve replacement, sediment trap and disposal. Done by around 1 pm. Used Angie's list coupon to get final to 879. Cheaper than the next quote by $450+ and much faster too!

I bought Angie's coupon, picked my days for them to come out, and waited for a response. Nothing. I sent them a message via Angie's list and then waited for a response. They finally responded that Angie's list did not forward my message. So I copied my coupon information and sent it back to them. They ignored that message and my follow-up message. SO I hired someone else and asked for a refund of the coupon price.
