Called before arrival, and arrived at my door a little earlier than expected. The water heater is located in a small interior closet. With the new water heater standards making new water heaters have a larger outer diameter, it looked like the new water heater would not fit in the closet. The installers were able to fit the new water in the closet. They were done about an hour and a half after their initial arrival. They could have cleaned a little bit more, but the mess was very minimal. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

They were awesome! We called them and within 4 hours we had a new water heater installed. They were accommodating of our schedule since we had something planned for that night and made some calls to get service men out before we had to leave so we wouldn't be without hot water. Truly amazing service!

Called Tom on Monday to discuss pricing options for the replacement of my 2 50 gallon gas water heaters. Both were in a walk out attic space. He quoted me a price over the phone, and they were actually a few dollars less after they arrived and gave official quote. Work was completed in less than 4 hours, which was less than 24 hours after initial call. Would definitely hire them again.

The replacement went smoothly, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Jeremy and Zack were friendly, answered all of my questions, and were very professional. I will definitely use Water Heaters Only again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went as planned. They replaced my water heater promptly at a competitive price. I am very pleased.

Final bill was just as estimated, called for service and was scheduled for first appointment the following morning. Team arrived towards end of scheduled window, with a call ahead confirmation, and had the Rheem 50 gal water heater we needed in their truck. Not the cheapest company I was quoted by, however the workmanship was good and I felt the team was reputable/trustworthy, both of which were more important to me. Completed promptly, and our water is hotter than ever! Originally I had scheduled an appointment with a 3rd party service through one of the big box companies, however after reading some questionable reviews about additional (potentially unnecessary) work that was required upon their plumbers' inspections, I decided to turn to Angie's List for another vendor. Water Heaters Only did replace a few additional items, like connection pipe, etc, however I felt confident in their judgement to do so based on the positive reviews I read.

They were one time and very professional

It went extremely well and a little quicker than I thought. They called to say they were running early and allowed me time to get home from work to meet them. They informed me of all that needed to be done (including new water and gas line connections) and the cost before they started. The were extremely courteous, friendly and professional. They put down protective mats to prevent any tile damage and left space cleaner that it was when they came in. They showed me were all the paperwork was and explained the features (cutoffs, relief values, thermostat, etc...). I would not have any problem recommending them to others. . the

Total professionals. Confirmed appointment. Called to let me know when they were arriving. Came when scheduled. Introduced themselves. Walked thru what they were going to do. Confirmed the products installed were the ones I selected. Reviewed price and what was included. Pricing competitive to other quotes. Asked and gave warning before turning water off. Took less time then expected and disposed of old water heaters. Just an FYI, their call center team was not in synch with local install team on available brands and inventory. Wait to talk with installers before picking a brand. We choose one brand then found out by the installers (before they came) that the brand we selected were no longer being carried due to quality issues and repair cases increasing. They were open and honest to the reason which we appreciated. Also during scheduling, they were open about having to push our original choice of install date out by 2 days due to waiting on delivery of inventory. Again, we appreciated the clarity and openness. Make sure to plan for and arrange a city inspection after the install. Required by all cities in DFW area. My city inspector called out how impressed he was with the work that was done. In and out in less than 5 mins to inspect. Overall, I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only. Professional install team, high quality work, stellar communication and reasonable prices.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The price was $600.00 less than one of the leading plumbers in the DFW area. My appointment was from 2:00-4:00 pm. I received a call at noon saying that they were ahead of schedule, It took 1.5 hours for full installation. Would highly recommend using Water Heaters Only again.

We discovered our water heater leaking the day before Thanksgiving and we were worried sick because we had a house full of people coming in the morning. We chose WHO based on their Angie's List reviews and on the initial phone call we were immediately put at ease by their calm professionalism and initial price quote that was in-line with the Angie's List coupon and ads on their website. Jeremy and Zach were at our house before 9AM on Friday...we appreciated that they called 1/2 hour ahead of time to let us known they were on the way. The on site quote was exactly what we discussed and we purchased an awesome 50% off deal on Angie's List that scored us a $150 discount. Jeremy was calm, professional, and he worked lightning quick. Thank you WHO for helping to save our 2017 Thanksgiving holiday!

This was the easiest call for a repair/replacement I've ever had. The technicians called because they had finished their previous job early and asked if it would be ok to come EARLY. They arrived, explained what they needed to do, confirmed the price with me (which was at least $500 less than anyone else) and did the work in a professional and prompt manner. I would highly recommend them.
