Description of Work: The customer service was excellent on the phone. The workers came out and no issue with installation. I thought the heater had a 10 year warranty...but the installers said just 6 and I would have to buy the other 4 years from Water Heaters with an extra 100.00...I declined that and would like to see if I can get the 10. Stress free help and Angies List customer service found me a Deal that got me a 150.00 saving. Good first experience.

Description of Work: Installed a new Bradford and White water heater upstairs. I called them at about 1PM on a Friday to confirm I understood the Angie's list coupon correctly and they confirmed I did so I bought the coupon while on the phone with them. They immediately got email confirmation, we set an appointment at 3PM that day and by 5:30 the new water heater was in and the old they hauled off. Great job.
