The lady did not dust the floors before mopping. That cause the dirt to just be moved around. Very bad service.

They were good. They were on time and did everything they could. I thought the price was a little high but other than that, I thought they were good. I would probably not use them again because of the price.

I have them visit me once a month for $95. They are dependable. Their schedules are worked out ahead of time. It is not always the same scenario but usually they are excellent. It is a very good experience overall.

If the monthly service doesn't really improve, then I will probably break my contract after this next cleaning. I like that it is prescheduled; I know what day every month they will be coming and it is my choice of what day. I have had 2 or 3 different ladies that have come to clean. I like them but then they leave the company and go somewhere else. The only downside is that I don’t always get the same person once I kind of get them trained at my house. They may not come the next month, but they do try to give me the same person. I had a lady and she was with them for 3-4 months, and then she was gone.

They had a Groupon discount, but it was a horrible experience. They advertised for a two-hour deep clean. They asked me a lot of questions about my house and how big it was. They straightened some things up when they left, but certainly nothing was deep cleaned. I could have done a better job in less than two hours. The advertised special was $160, but it was $75 through the Groupon discount. It was hard to get a hold of them. They didn’t tell me what time they were coming and I waited for them all day. The person who answers the phone on the number that’s on the website is one of the cleaning people’s husbands. I kept asking if he had any idea of who I could talk to in order to see when they were coming out. He used to put me on hold and hang up on me. So, this happened like 4 times for like two hours. However, they did come and the people who came were nice. They didn’t deep clean anything. It was also really difficult to get them to schedule anything. I hate that I even paid for the service. If I called them now and didn’t have the Groupon discount and paid $160 for the service that I received, then it would have been absolutely fair. I wouldn’t use them in the future, but I bought two Groupons from them. They won’t give me my money back and so, I have to use them.
