My gas company recommended them which is how I found them. I had a gas and electrical line running through a tree stump that I was in the process of removing and I had to have the lines rerouted. They only did half of the job and cut down another tree of mine. I was inside the house and they could have just knocked on the door before hand. The tree is worth $671 and they are swearing at me, left the job half finished. My house flooded and I'm waiting on FEMA to pay me so I'm in a tough place with money. I'm at this point threatening legal action, I can't tell you how many times they've lied to me. The latest lie was they said they would be here at 7am this past MOnday, he was a no show again. I texted him and said all I wanted him to do is let me know if you can't make it. He lied and said his father was dyeing and he didn't go to work that day where his business partner had already told me he went to another job site. I have 3 other contractors waiting on him to finish. At this point I'm hiring someone else although I prepaid him. Supposedly he fired one of the employees that caused a lot of problems. One evening he asked me to trust him and write the check so I did. I left and had given them a half case of water bottles, when I came back the water bottles were all over the place. The second gas line they couldn't find after spending a whole day digging. I asked the gas company to come and mark it and within 15 minutes they did find it. I paid $200 to find that second gas line that we didn't end up needing. He texted me saying I was rude and pathetic, he's trying to bully me right now. I'm in a FEMA situation and he's trying to take advantage of me UPDATE 6/18/12 The previous testimonial was taken over the phone from an Angie?s List Rep with me. Other than price, everything previously stated is true. Recently Serv-All (Tracy Blankenship) threatened me with legal ?slander?; if I did not remove this testimonial. Thus I update my review. Good price, @#$%@#$ service. Got waaaay less than I paid for. · Paid $500 for rerouting 2 gas and 1electric lines. · (Only) Got o 1 gas line rerouted o 1 toilet $15 flapper valve replaced · Overpaid/Damaged - $1400+ o Cut down a tree near the gas meter without my permission, even though I was at home. Cost to replace - $600 o Dug for 2nd gas for 1 full day but couldn?t find it. Yet Gas company found it in 15 minutes the next day with similar equipment. Cost - $200 o Cut ?Dig-Tess marked? Internet & Cable line. Cost - loss of at home biz for 1.5 days o They cut Electrical line and exposed it to weather/water. Will cost me at least $600+ to fix In addition, there was verbal abuse via text messages and phone calls: o Your tree is ?a piece of ****? o You're ?rude and pathetic? I received these Texts when I confronted Tracy on standing me up on *several* scheduled appointments and said I would write an Angie?s List Review. He responded saying he did not show up for the last appointment because his father was dying of cancer. Yet his business partner, D?Anna Lockett had just told me he was busy on another job and would get back to me when he was free.

Serv-All was recommended to me by a local sprinkler repairman when he noticed the Hose Bib (outdoor faucet with hose threads on the spout) was leaking into the brick wall. Water was coming out from the place the brick wall meets the concrete slab. I was afraid the plumber would have to cut into the brick wall to fix the leak and then not be able to put it back. The plumber showed up and turned off the water to house. He then proceeded to unscrew the hose bib from the wall. When he tried to use the hose bib he had with him, it was too short. So he went to Lowes, purchased a new one and used that. This new hose bib seems to be of better quality than the existing one but is a bit longer, leaving a small gap between pipe and brick wall. Once installed, this fixed the leak. I'm satified by the work performed by Serv-All. I was especially impressed that they showed up within 4 hours of calling them, even though the work was not an emergency. Their information on Angie's List mentioned a 20% discount if mentioned, which I did, and they honored it.
