Person was fast and efficient. He was done within a few hours and cleaned up after he was done. Great job.

I called Pro-Lite to get some pricing and product information and spoke with a very helpful salesperson. She was more than happy to tell me about the different products, pricing and some available scheduling openings. I left my name and number so that the owner could call and discuss it with me. I wasn't sure whether to go with a 10" or the next larger size. I spoke to Nick and he was very accommodating. We even scheduled for the following Thursday. On Tuesday he called to request to come out on Wednesday as to avoid the rain and I thought that was great. Nick and Jim arrived early and told me my placement options based on where the best light would filter through. They were quiet, professional, and cleaned up after themselves (used drop clothes to protect my floors). I really appreciated that Nick relocated my ceiling light fixture for me so that the new skylight was in the perfect spot. I'm happy to recommend Pro-Lite to anyone looking for a warrantied product installed by professionals. I'll be calling them again when I'm ready to do my bathroom.
