+ -1 moreThey had to pull the toilet off to get to the obstruction the. The obstruction was not cleared and they did not put the toilet it back on very well as the base leaked and ruined the ceiling in my kitchen which is below the bathroom. The did not offer any compensation for the ceiling, but did come out and and clear the obstruction and reset the toilet at no charge. Took pictures of the ceiling, but I b=never heard from them on that issue.
Description of Work: Water was not flowing down from the upstairs bathroom or tub.

+ -1 moreScott was able to diagnose a leak that a prior plumber charged me $300 to not fix. It turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue, but a downspout problem. He just charged me the $40 trip charge but didn't try to rip me off like the other guy.
