If you are contemplating painting, look no further. Milan is fast, friendly, honest, and fair. We only needed exterior shutters painted, so no one wanted to come for such a small job. Because he was willing, we asked him to quote interior painting for our master bedroom and the entire upstairs. His rate was so competitive, and he was so helpful, that we hired him to do it all...and have referred my parents to him for their painting needs as well. You'd better schedule him quickly, because hard workers like him who do GOOD business get booked up fast!

Milan was excellent. He was very nice, courteous and listened to what my wishes were for the job I expected. He also made great suggestions that I had not thought about like using Hardie Board for my chimney instead of replacing it with wood. Now I won't ever have to worry about rotten wood again (shouldn't have had to worry about rotten wood anyway. The house is only 6 years old). Great job on the trim, caulking, and power washing. I was disappointed over the price increase from the estimate. He said he would have to charge me extra for the paint and for painting. Isn't painting after drywall repair to be expected and therefore be included in the estimate?

Milan did a excellent job repairing the wall and re-texturing it. He was very efficient and professional. He completed the job in one day and the price was very good. I WILL hire him again to do other projects I have.
