Miller Fence and Patio Cover

Excitement will turn to disappointment. Pick any other builder unless you want promises not kept, build plans not followed and issues unresolved currently at 60+ days. They say “we will take care of it” over and over but no progress.

This folks do not own up to their promises. Spent $26K on a new fence. They had to take off my front fence to bring their materials in and take out the old fence. 31 days later, the storm blew through and the fence they took off and put back on completely bent, cracked at the concrete base. A couple of the new panels of the new fence also are bent. Their answer is, well, you need to file a claim with your insurance and can work with them to get the fences fixed. So you're telling me that after spending that kind of money, it's on me to file the claim, pay the deductible and have my insurance rate go up because it was out of their control? Concrete does not crack that way if if wasn't because of bad workmanship. So if you are considering these folks for your next project, I would look for someone else.
