This company did an excellent job with our cabinets. The owner is a perfectionist and went above and beyond to make sure the painting of the cabinets was as perfect as they could be. We are very pleased with the job and were very pleased with Armando's professionalism. We will definitely use this company again.

After coming to my home he advised me that he was not comfortable providing re-texturing on the ceiling. I appreciated his honesty but I wish I would have been told that over the phone. It could have saved him time as well as myself. I will consider him in the future for any painting projects.

Armando did a beautiful job. He called me back the day I left him a voicemail and even came out to give me an estimate the same day. As soon as I decided on the estimate he came out a few days later to paint. He also said the room only needed one coat so he saved us money on paint and labor for a second coat. He just did such a beautiful job. I am so happy with it and he is such a nice guy. We will be having him out again soon to paint other rooms.

Amazing work. Very clean and professional. Very clen lines between woodwork and walls. No messes or spills on any other surfaces: floors, furniture, etc.

I was extremely pleased with Lone Star Custom painting from start to finish. Shortly after I purchased the deal on Angie's List, I was contacted by the owner and he was able to commit to one of my selected service dates. I had to reschedule and he happily rescheduled for me. He was very responsive to all of my questions prior to the day of the appointment. He told me that the painter would arrive at 8am. They actually pulled up at my house at around 7:45am and waited until exactly 8am and rang the door bell. So definitely an A plus for punctuality. The owner's brother came with the painter and I showed him the rooms that I wanted ot have painted. He explained everything to me in detail including when the painter would take lunch and for how long. They covered everything in the room and the painter did a great job. Both rooms were very well painted. The painter also made sure that he completely cleaned up both rooms when he was done. I was very happy overall and would certainly recommend this company and would use them again on my next paint project.

The entire experience of working with this business was excellent. I called for an estimate on painting my living room and kitchen walls and the fireplace. They returned my call almost immediately on a Saturday to schedule. They were not necessarily cheap but reasonably priced for the quality of work and service. Armando provided a written quote for the work. Armando and his team showed up promptly on the day we agreed and did an excellent job overall from moving/covering the furniture in my family room, prepping the walls, painting, and clean up each day. The paint work was excellent and the service was very professional. I would recommend them for your paint jobs.

It went extremely well. Contractor wasted no time getting started, had all the tools and equipment for a complete job, took care covering and protecting room furniture and completed ahead of schedule. He even added some additional screws tp prevent future cracks and was innovative in getting the job done in one day. His cleanup was also excellent. He called in advance of his arrival to advise of a slight delay due to traffic and still finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely use this company again.

Two men came out and they did a good job. They were easy to schedule with and they showed up on time. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

The 2 painters were very thorough in prepping the house prior to actual painting. They did an excellent job and were very good about cleaning up the area at the end of the day. They were kind enough to come on Christmas eve to finish the job. I would use this company again.

Wow, Armando and Fernando did a fantastic job - our home looks phenomenal! We bought this house that is a bit of a fixer-upper. Initially, we were going to do the paint work ourselves. When we found the extent of the water damage and cracking on the ceiling, we realized it was time to call in a professional and I'm glad we did. I dialed up Armando the next morning (Saturday) and he came right over to give us an estimate. Having no idea how much painting would cost, I was happy with the price - they are VERY reasonable. Most of all, he listened to my concerns and desires for our space and provided feedback and solutions. This home is a little older and it had multiple holes in the walls from various wires and installations over the years. The ceiling had water damage and several cracks. Armando and Fernando repaired all the issues on the walls and ceiling, re-textured and painted the ceiling and walls with one accent wall. Their work is perfection. They have incredible attention to detail beyond my expectations. I knew professional painters would do a better job than me, but this place looks brand new. We feel like we are living in a Pottery Barn model home now. The entire project took about one and 1/2 days. They arrived each day at 8 am and were set up and working by 8:05. Each day they cleaned the room of any detritus so we could move about the house easier. The project was finished on time - exactly when they said they would be done and wow does it look good. This was only phase one of our home makeover and now I'll be hiring Armando and Fernando for the remainder of our paint projects inside and out. Their quality is the best and their prices are great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Armando and his helper did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond on the repair and the painting. He was extremely friendly and offered his professional opinion when we ask with honest answers. We had just purchased this house and once the old owner moved out it was pretty nasty, Armando brought it back to life and made it a place we wanted to live. Thank you for the awesome job.

It went well and we didn’t have any problems that all. He was really polite and helpful. He did the ceiling, which was really hard. Then my husband asked him if he could do the bathroom ceiling as well and he said yeah, but he didn’t have enough paint for that. So my husband went and got the paint and he did that too. He did what he said he could do and he didn’t try to sell us a bunch of staff.

Professional all the way. Very neat and efficient. Will use again for sure.

Very professional, kind, courteous, did clean up, and booked him to do another bathroom the next day. He was very detail oriented and did a very nice job. Will definitely look to book for future work.

Fernando showed up to do the work and he worked all day in fixing the numerous cracks on my walls created from having my foundation repaired. He took his time and made sure they were sealed and he retextured the wall. He came back the next day to paint. He was on time each day and cleaned up before he left. I would definitely use their services again.

.Vendor said 2 men would come at 8am and work 4 hrs for the $199 fee, and furnish basic supplies other than paint. Only one painter came and stayed for 8 hrs. This caused me to cancel afternoon appointments and screwed up my day.The painter came in his own car with no ladder to reach ceiling, wall tops, etc. I had to find him a ladder. The painter actually did quite a good job and I was pleased with the work which he accomplished in the allotted time. The painter was very good but the company that sent him did not furnish the basic tools of the trade and gave me bad scheduling info.

Before we bought our house the inspector showed us that a couple of timbers had been removed in the attic causing all the roof support in this small area to weigh on only one timber. This was fixed before we bought the house but there was still the cracks in the overly pressured area of the ceiling that were left. They were not real bad to look at but of course would always irritate me until I got them fixed. I contacted Lone Star Custom Painting with the help of Angieslist and Armando came out in a couple days. He worked nonstop. I've used other people for paint jobs and touchups but none impressed me as much as Armando. He took a lunch and that was it. I am most impressed because I know looking up and working on a ceiling for 8 hours is hard work as well as uncomfortable. It looks great. Thank you so much.

Armando could not have been better. He did a fine job, was efficient, tidy and kind and thoughtful even when we were not as prepared as we should have been when he was here. Will definitely use him again.

It went very well. The young man that came out was Fernando. I was incredibly impressed. He came to the door dressed neat and professional. After he spoke with us he changed into his paint clothes. He was very neat and polite and worked nonstop. I rarely give out As. I’m a very meticulous person and to get an A from me means you really deserve it.

The service turned out great. There were no additional charges to the $199 Big Deal. This was my first time to use them. I was not there, but the finished product was excellent. It was professionally done. It is done in one solid color.
