No invoice for weeks despite calls. Price was more than double published rate and was after work completed. No explanation why. Little to no communication.

Reckless Driving and Unavoidable Encounter with Keane Landscaping's Trucks: I feel compelled to express my utmost frustration and concern regarding Keane Landscaping's reckless driving habits, specifically exhibited by their trucks. These encounters during my daily commute have transformed the experience into an absolute nightmare. Regrettably, their location on a two-way road leaves me with no choice but to constantly encounter their trucks. Every single morning, without fail, I find myself face-to-face with Keane Landscaping's trucks driven with an astonishing disregard for basic traffic rules and the safety of others. What is even more alarming is the excessive amount of supplies precariously loaded in the bed of their trucks. Witnessing this combination of reckless driving and an unsafe load is truly terrifying. From excessive speeding to aggressive maneuvering, Keane Landscaping's truck drivers consistently display a blatant disregard for responsible driving practices. Their actions put not only themselves at risk but also other innocent motorists on the road. The sense of danger is heightened by the significant amount of supplies in the bed of their trucks, making their reckless driving even more concerning. The presence of Keane Landscaping's trucks on my daily commute, combined with their reckless behavior and unsafe load, creates an environment of stress and anxiety. It is disheartening to endure these circumstances on a regular basis, with no alternative route to avoid their vehicles. Unfortunately, my attempt to address these concerns by posting a review on Facebook was met with a disappointing response. Keane Landscaping's decision to block me rather than addressing valid concerns speaks volumes about their lack of accountability and their unwillingness to prioritize customer feedback and road safety. Given the ongoing issues, I strongly advise fellow commuters and potential customers to exercise extreme caution when sharing the road with Keane Landscaping's trucks. Their consistent disregard for road safety, combined with their unsafe load practices, raises significant concerns about their commitment to responsible driving. It is my sincere hope that Keane Landscaping takes immediate and decisive action to rectify this deeply concerning situation. Prioritizing comprehensive driver training programs, enforcing adherence to traffic regulations, and addressing customer feedback are essential steps towards ensuring public safety, restoring trust, and upholding their own reputation.

The new pavers were not graded correctly & water pooled under the stones causing discoloration of the grout. Then they tried sand which washed out twice & etched the edge of the pavers. They just quit the job & left a layer of sand coating my patio & walkways. Almost all of the shrubs died. I was told to quit texting them & when i contacted Kevin (the owner) told me in no uncertain term to leave him alone. He was done with me. I took them to small claims court & the judge barely looked at my pictures which were printed neatly in a binder. Would never advise using them…. there wasn’t a civil person at the company. Total waste of a huge amount of money. They also left with no cleanup & a huge amount of collateral damage. Very unprofessional & shabby work.

Keane landscaping damaged my property while working on my neighbors fence. We agreed that they would fix it on Saturday at 12:30pm. Saturday came, I waited for more than 30 minutes and then told them I couldn’t wait any longer. Kevin, the owner, then agreed that his men would come at 12:30 on Monday to clean it up. They showed up at 2:53pm. By that time, I had already texted Kevin that I wasn’t waiting around anymore and I would pay someone to do it and give him the bill. His guys showed up while I was working and I told them that I couldn’t babysit them while they cleaned up. I’m not interested in having strangers around my home unsupervised. Kevin took great offense to this and said that it was my fault that it wasn’t cleaned up. That I had plenty of opportunities to have it done. I simply did not have the time to wait around and not be working to see if his employees would show up. Kevin then decided that he no longer wanted to do anything about it and that we were to stop texting. The only other option for me was to meet in person to work this out if he wasn’t willing to do it over the phone. Kevin then THREATENED ME. It is shocking how volatile and possibly violent Kevin Keane was. I hope that prospective customers understand that if something doesn’t go right, they might be dealing with someone who wants to resort to violence to solve your issue. That’s terrifying that a business could be run that way.

Excellent! Since we contracted with Keane Landscaping in April, 2019, our yard looks better than it ever has! Highly recommended!

They do amazing work! Every time I pull up to my house or I go in the backyard to relax I have a smile on my face because of the landscaping. It fits the house and pool perfectly. We had a few issues that came up but Keane was quick to solve the problems. I would highly recommend them! They also handle my weekly maintenance.

They are pricey, but you get what you pay for.

They do lawn and landscaping work. Punctuality and response would be a triple A! They do a good job in all respects. I needed them quick for my permits. We use them all the time!

While the work wasn't done poorly, it certainly wasn't worth the price tag. The mandatory maintenance contract that followed is my biggest complaint. They did little to no maintenance, without me having to tell them, other than cutting the grass. For nearly $200/month, to just cut grass, is unacceptable, especially when we were led to believe it was more, and having dead plants around for months, with nothing being done about it, very frustrating.

I have a 4 year old house that had some serious landscaping issues mainly due to shaded areas, and tough grading situations. I've been trying to address the issues ever since we moved in 4 years ago. I saw Keane Landscaping truck and decided to give them a call. Stephen came out to review the situation and I shared what we were wanting to accomplish. He came back with an outstanding plan that closely matched what we wanted and addressed all the tough situations around the pool, foundations, and shaded areas. We were highly impressed with their knowledge of landscaping, what is suitable for which situations and conditions, something we needed after years to trying to do this on our own. Price quoted was reasonable, but a large investment. Stephen one of his best teams on the job. We were unsure how it would turn out...they finished 90% of the work in two days. The result is an amazing backyard with trees, flowerbeds, stone retaining walls, that has given a completely new look, one that looks gorgeous!! We are thrilled! Lupe and his team did a wonderful job. They all worked hard, cleaned up regularly, accommodated some minor changes we proposed along the way, and it all turned out beyond our expectation! We are delighted and can't wait to enjoy the settings. Thank you Stephen, Lupe, and the entire Keane team...it's been great to work with you. We are glad we found you!

Seems simple, requested REMOVAL of several trees. First day most were cut to stumps. After calling to find out why the stump was not removed, was told they send a different crew with a stump grinder to finish the job. The next day, owner Kevin Keane came to our house to introduce himself as he noticed we had a big yard project in the works and may need additional landscaping. I told him I would contact him as we approached the need. A few days later, the grinder crew came. 2-3 weeks later, 3 of the trees that were supposed to be removed were growing back. After several calls with no response and even a rep that I spoke with as he left our neighbors house, no further work was processed. Several calls continued and despite the "I'll have him call you back" responses, nothing was done. Tried to reach out to Kevin Keane to fix this problem and possibly review another project, his response was to email my information to him. I did so however I never received a response by him either. In late October after being tired of calling and calling, I sent an email requesting a refund or simply someone to complete the initially promised work. The office manager responded about 3 hours later with this: "I will have a crew out to finish your project ASAP. I have contacted Parker Keane, our VP, and informed him of your email, he said he will get it taken care of. If you have any further questions and/or concerns, Parkers direct cell phone number is 214-668-1971. Thank you, JaynaOffice ManagerKeane Landscaping, Inc.N. TX. Trees." Three weeks went by and still nothing happened, so much for ASAP. For a VP, Parker Keane (and owners son), he was of no service to our problem. After several continued calls, another Keane family member finally came out. Maurice Keane tried to explain why there was still growth of the trees. Since we had him on our property, we asked him to cut down a few additional trees we decided to remove. I requested this work to be done for free to compensate for the lack of customer service after having spent almost 5 months dealing with this. He replied that he would discuss with the "boss" and let us know but was certain they could find a way to make things right. It's now 12.14.14 and we've never heard back from him or any other Keane representative. We will never use them again and I will do everything in my power to give them negative reviews wherever and to whomever possible.

This company provided a Contract Proposal and accepted 50 percent down and then failed to complete the work as described in the proposal. The employee that provided the quote, and took my payment, left the company after submitting my work proposal. After two weeks of no contact, the owner finally came out, stated the original contract would be honored, and having felt the original proposal did not cover his costs, then created a second quote with a section called "Add-ons" which added on an additional 2400.00. Not sure how an Add-on section can cost more then the original proposal. After explaining that my budget would not accommodate his "add-ons", I asked for the original work on the original proposed contract to be completed. It turns out after he said he would honor the contract, he felt, he was "losing money on this deal" and the company never completed the work as described in the original quote. Secondly, I was not provided any refund. Additionally, the company sent its employees over to my house to drop off rubble stones during a time I wasn't home and subsequently left 4 stacks of stones in my front lawn. The same night a stack of stones were stolen from the front yard. As it turned out the company bought the wrong stones that were needed to complete the work. In my opinion, run for the hills.

They did a great job pruning. When they came to cut the trees, I was not home. After first glance, the trees were not cut back enough, so they came back and cut more. They were very responsive and quick to make sure I was happy with their service. They provided an estimate for additional services to include new grass. I am considering the proposal now. I would recommend their tree trimming service, but suggest you are 100% clear of the services to be provided to avoid a second trip. I was impressed that they had a truck that would break down the trees while they were onsite.

They were fantastic, they had a professional crew that showed up on time. The job took 3 days, and on each of the days the owners would show up and make sure the job was going well. They provided their cell number in case we had any issues. They dealt with issues very professionally and on timely manner. They came back to make sure the job was done correctly, and they were not happy with the result so they came back and improved the landscaping at no cost. I also had concern about the gutter not been cleaned that well. So they came back and did an excellent job. Yes they were pricy but they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.

First, the company did not notify me as to the date they would perform the work as the sales rep stated they would. Second, the flower bed was not tilled at all - they simply removed the grass and added mulch on top of the old, hard soil. Third, they did not remove any dirt from the planter where the new plants were installed-they just added dirt and mulch which resulted in the covering of my dryer vent, electrical outlet and the water drainage holes. In addition, they cut through our foundation watering line in two places so when the system turned on automatically, water came gushing out and seeped into the house because of lack of proper drainage. I called four times and emailed once requesting that they remedy the problems in the planter, but they did not fix the problem. They also charged my credit card for the final payment when I had told them I wanted to pay by check.
