Description of Work: Julie started cleaning my house in January and still cleans it every two weeks. I have a 4200 square foot house and she gets it done in about 3 hours. Amazing!! It take me a whole day, sometimes more. She comes in and gets the job done and she is very thorough. Can't say enough about her quality of work.

Description of Work: Deep cleaning my home but I was very specific on where to focus. It was not my ENTIRE house bedrooms. Just my master, living areas, both bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast area, laundry room. Baseboards, window sill, floors .... everything was just as I requested.

Description of Work: Julie did a home cleaning in advance of our move in date. Her first impression was strong. Her follow through stunk to high heaven!

Description of Work: Extensive baseboard and window sill cleaning. We had a swarm of dead spring tail bugs...it was a mess. She also dusted and vacuumed and cleaned other things. She's coming back to get into the initial deep clean.

Description of Work: She returned my initial call. Was very friendly. Scheduled a time to come and look at the house. She did not show up and some days later called and said she had an emergency with her grandchild. I assured her I would be praying for him and we rescheduled a time for her to come. She again did not show up. A few days later she called again and apologized and said she would call back. I told her about my foot surgery. She called during my early recovery and when I called back a few days later...3 times...she never returned my call. She was very dear to talk to, but totally undependable

Description of Work: Julie Cooper, or Julie's Cleaning Service, has been my housekeeper since March, 2012. She is honest, reliable and takes directions well. She always comes to my house within an hour or two of when I expect her to clean. She has her own key which is an example of how much I trust her. She cleans for me weekly. She charges based on the size of the house and on what she is asked to do. At our house, she does the following: 1) General dusting and vacuuming -- hardwood floors and oriental rugs 2) Changes the beds linens and towels in the bathrooms 3) Thoroughly cleans the bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, floors 4) Dusts vents, ceiling fans and baseboards 5) Washes glass in doors 6) Cleans the refrigerator and oven when asked (not frequently) 7) Mops floors in baths and kitchen 8) Laundry -- sheets and towels only 9) Cleans windowsills and plantation shutters 10) Does odds and ends as requested.

Description of Work: Julie has been cleaning my house since April 2012. I have written one review already, but feel the need to write another because she is that good! She is met iculous when it comes to the details and is very thorough in her cleaning. I have a large house and am very particular about how it looks and my house just sparkles when Julie is done! I have read some of the other comments regarding her prices and I have to say that the old adage applies here - you get what you pay for! I believe her prices are very reasonable for the quality of work she performs. I also appreciate the fact that she comes alone and does all the work herself, unlike other cleaning services I have used that tell you a certain individual is coming to your home and they show up with a "helper". I do not want to have to keep an eye on several people at a time and have had some bad experiences with "helpers" helping themselves to some of my things. You will never have to worry about that with Julie! She comes alone, works hard, makes sure you are completely happy from start to finish and will go over anything you want her to before she leaves your home. She is also very trustworthy and I have no problem leaving her to her work and going about my own business. She is very busy now, but she is worth the wait - I would not have anyone else clean my home!

Description of Work: Julie is by far the best housecleaner I've ever had! I have a large house (3600 sq. ft)and am extremely picky about how I want it to look and although I keep it very clean, I needed someone to do more of the things that I can't do, such as fans, light fixtures, baseboards, stair risers. Julie does all of that and more! I have her come bi-weekly and she cleans my whole house, top to bottom and it sparkles when she is done. She is courteous, professional, and thorough, and is willing to do whatever she can to make you happy. Customer service is her number one priority and if there is something that you feel she missed or can do better, she has no problem with you telling her what you need and she makes sure she corrects it , and does it with a smile! She is a joy to work with and I highly recommend her!

Description of Work: Julie scrubbed the shower, bathtub, toilets, lavatories counters and the bathroom floors. She vacuumed all the floors, and mopped the bare floors in the foyer, kitchen and utility room. She removed all the bed linens from the king sized bed and queen sized bed, washed and dried them and put them back on the beds along with the comforters and pillow shams. She wiped down all the doors, polished the wood furniture with Liquid Gold, cleaned the glass top tables and mirrors with glass cleaner and wiped down the kitchen counter-tops and stove top.

Description of Work: Julie cleans the entire house including 2 1/2 bathrooms (1 being a boys bathroom, yuch!), dusting, vacuming, wood and tile floors. We have 7 children and 5 bedrooms and she cleans everything, picks up toys from under the beds and couch, changes linens when asked to do so. Her work is excellent and she is always willing to do something extra when asked.
