Everything went well except that one vanity drain still leaked after initial repair. Called them the following week to schedule another visit for the following Friday. No call, no show. Called again & re-scheduled. No call, no show. Called again on 6/1/16 for a 6/3/16 visit. No call, no show. I've hired these guys in the past to install a water heater and fix a main line valve, so their lack of professionalism this time around is a surprise. I guess if you hire them, you better hope everything was done right on the first visit, because apparently they won't return to fix anything they did wrong. Very disappointed.

I am surprised I added this company to your list. Of all the company's I have used in the metroplex these people deserve 10 stars instead of 5. I also have used them about 4 times ( I have a 1950's house) and they are just as resonably priced, knowledgable and polite as the first time. They are a shining star among Dallas contractors. I you have used any, you know what I mean. I will no longer use anyone else for my plumbing needs and I have used several different companys. I am just sorry it took me so long to write a review. Thanks Innovative! More companys should do business like you.
