Very professional, yet friendly. The cleaning team was efficient, thorough, and quite quiet! My husband and I both work from home. They were very conscientious and worked around us. We also have a 100 lbs German Shepherd and they were accommodating to him as well. Carlo, the manager, is very helpful as well!

We have used a few different cleaning services and individuals over the years. This has been the best by far! I can not say enough good things about the experience with Home Clean Heroes. We worked with Carlos to go through the home and outline some of our problem areas. He was so thorough and made the process so smooth. And when the maids came for the first cleaning, Carlos was there to make sure everything that was promised was delivered. The first cleaning was VERY thorough. Our house was not a total mess, but it definitely needed a good cleaning. The crew was very professional and very good. Since then, we hired them for bi-weekly cleanings and we could not be happier. They come when they say they will come. You get a message in advance letting you know when they will arrive. Billing is automatic. Every crew that comes by has been very respectful of our privacy, even when I am working from home. We have many allergies and chemical sensitivities in the family. We have been very pleased with the products used and have had NO issues. Our son also loves when they make the bed and set up stuffed animals in a fun way And most importantly, they consistently do a great job. But even if they make a mistake or an area was not done as well as hoped, they make it right the next time. So glad we found this company!!
