+ -1 moreI didn’t think that he was well prepared to do the job. He should have had the type of equipment that he suggested was needed to the do the repairs. He did not have it when he came here and he was going to call back later with some additional information. He called back, but at that time I was already ready to go with someone who was more capable of getting the work done. His price was okay for what he did. I would not use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of D. Otis Swimming Pools & repair about a month ago. He repaired some minimal leaks in my pool.

+ -1 moreMr Otis arrived to give us a free estimate the same day I called. (I could not find another company that offered free estimates). Upon our approval of the estimate, he was back 3 days later as promised to complete the work. The charge was consistent with the estimate. We were very happy with his work and engaged him for our weekly pool service. He was prompt, fair, and honest.
