Description of Work: I contacted this company for an estimate on a small patio on 6/8. I explained that it was a small patio. Kenneth asked if I was going to be around that Saturday so he could come by to give me an estimate. He said he would be out my way on a job and would call before coming by. I hung around that day but never heard from him. | |I called back Tuesday, 6/23 and he clearly had forgotten. Then he said he needed it to stop raining before he could come. I asked him why since the patio was covered. He had forgotten it was just a slab so then he said he could come that day. | |I didn't hear back from him, so I called again at the end of the week. He then told me about his "minimum job price" because my patio was so small. So, long story short, he clearly didn't want to take on a small job. My issue is that TWO WEEKS prior, when I first contacted him, the first thing I mentioned was the size of the job...including the dimensions. Kenneth showed no respect for my time and kept me dangling for two weeks. |

Description of Work: Kenneth stained two rooms and a hallway for us. This was our first experience with stained concrete, so we wanted to see how it would go. Our house is about 40 years old, and the concrete surface in those rooms had issues. Kenneth did a great job dealing the issues, and the floor turned out great. The process went exactly as he explained during the quote phase, and he finished when he said he would. So far, the floor is doing great!

Description of Work: Kenneth Allen provided detailed estimate and once we scheduled the work, he was punctual and efficient. He cleaned the concrete, scored the pattern and used two acid stain colors. Kenneth did an awesome job!
