I reached out to Paul after finding him on Angie's List. He returned my call very quickly and came out for an estimate the next day. The initial replacement pump I had already purchased turned out to be the wrong size. I asked if he could provide the correct pump for us and he said that he could but that we would likely be able to save some money by ordering it ourselves online. He even tole me exactly what to order. . After I ordered and received the correct pump he came back out and did the work for a very reasonable price. The work was done very professionally and he arrived exactly when he said he would (something you don't see very often these days). Its nice to see that there are still professionals out there with Paul's work ethic and integrity. We will definitely be using him for ALL of our future plumbing needs.

They told us it was better to replace it than for us to attempt a repair that might not even solve the problem. I liked that he didn't try to fix it and was willing to tell us it just needed replaced. Two hose bibs were replaced and a drain that had been clogged, because of an earlier A/C replacement, was double checked and given the all clear so that we could use it again.

I've had him replace faucets, fix sewer stoppage and things like that. He has done routine plumbing type things. He is punctual. He comes when he says he will. He has fixed what I've asked him to fix. His price is competitive. He always answers his phone.

I had a leak in one toilet, called Paul Bolin upon recommendation from a friend who had used his services and been very satisfied . He confirmed leak was most likely wax ring, but suggested that I may want to consider replacing unit as it was old (25+ years) and very inefficient in water usage. Told me Plano gives a rebate of $100 for new low flush toilets, plus $75 for second one. He told me he would count the service call as a and quot;free estimateand quot; and told me which units he recommended. I bought 2 new low flush units at Home Depot and Paul picked them up, installed them and replaced an old water line to one of the units. Paul was professional, gave me a set price up front and stuck to it even though he ran into several unexpected minor problems. Paul is a Master Plumber and I would recommend him highly based upon my one experience.

We are remodeling our house and needed several plumbing jobs completed. We called Bolin Plumbing. We were given a date of service followed by a confirmation call the next day. He was prompt and completed all the jobs in a timely manner. Everything he did works great, and we couldn't be happier with the service that he gave! The price was much lower than we expected to pay as well! We expect to have more plumbing work when we start re-doing the upstairs, and we will definitely call Bolin Plumbing for the job!!
