+ 0 moreAnthony the owner personally answers the phone and sets everything up. He goes out of his way each time to make it as convenient as possible for us. Whether it is an after hours emergency or a maintenance service, they are always friendly, courteous, and informative. We have been using their services for awhile now after having horrible service with any number of other plumbing companies here in DFW. Thank you!

Description of Work: Anthony has done work for us before and I needed some work done at my grandmother's house. There was a leak between the kitchen sink and the clean out outside. We also had a completely clogged bathtub drain. Anthony and a helper came out to the house on time and began the work. They quickly unclogged the bathtub drain and began on the kitchen plumbing leak. They had to completely replace a whole section of the plumbing that had been there for ~50 years and had almost disintegrated, including a part that connected three different pipes. They had to crawl under the house to access part of it, part of it was in the exterior wall, and then they had to also replace a section of pipe going up into the roof. It took them several hours. They also adjusted the cutoffs under the kitchen sink, and attempted to adjust the weight for the pull-out faucet so it would pull more smoothly. Unfortunately, the layout under the sink did not allow much of an improvement - nothing to be done, unless we wanted to replace all the pipes under the sink, which was too much to justify for our purposes. All the work was done in one day and I would definitely use them again.

+ 0 moreThis is a small plumbing company, and I enjoyed having direct contact with the owner of the business. I was impressed with their knowledge, abilities, work ethic, and professionalism. While Aubrey Plumbing had to contract out the actual digging under the foundation, they did all other aspects of the plumbing repair. It was very refreshing working with a small company that sincerely seemed to appreciate my business.
Description of Work: Under the house foundation sewer line repair, and reseated a toilet.

+ -1 moreAnthony removed old water heater then had to come back a week later to install new one while daughter replaced pedestal for water heater. As usual Anthony did a fantastic job and is always professional.

+ -1 moreOne project was a little more labor intense, dig a hole in front yard that my son and I did, and the shower repairs in both bathrooms. All work done very good and even the city insoector was impressed with the work outside.
Description of Work: I found this company in the phone book several years ago. They were very professional and up front with what should be done. I have had them do several projects for us and have been very pleased with the quality of work and honesty they provide. There may be someone out there that may be a bit cheaper but i will use Aubrey every time! You get what you pay for here! Great job Aubrey!!

+ -1 moreI really liked the guy. I prefer certain types of people, especially when I can understand them and they speak English. I think he did a great job. He knows what he's doing. They are very busy, so when you call, you might not get service right away. When they do respond, they do a good job. The price was appropriate for what I wanted. Responsiveness isn't their best quality. They come to the appointments on time.
