Description of Work: Showed up late. Told there was a leak on the side of the driveway. They put in 3 new sprinkler heads. I could have done that. I got home shortly after they left , I called telling them I still had the leaks by the driveway. Because it was a 4 day weekend and he had a dinner date he couldn't come back. He said he would be back the following Tues morning. Got a call Tues morning telling me his boss lady already had him scheduled. Said they would be there after lunch. Showed up at 3. I showed him all the leaks and he said it was the valve. He replaced that and that solved the leaks at a cost of $263. The first ticket was for $251 and he only replaced sprinkler heads and maybe two sprinklers. I think $600 is extremely high for the work done not to mention my water bill due to them leaving the problem with me for 4 days. |.

Description of Work: I purchased a daily deal from Angies List for a sprinkler tune up. It took two weeks to schedule and when the guy showed up, he basically looked at the system and then did not adjust anything. He told my wife we needed a whole new system. (system has worked fine for the past 3 years) I felt like I paid him to come out and try to sell me something. Nothing of value was done to my sprinkler system.

Description of Work: I called them to repair a broken sprinkler line, evaluate my irrigation timing, and adjust heads = basically an overall sprinkler review. Mike and his apprentice called they were on their way and showed up on time. Reviewed my needs and concerns. The sprinkler line was repaired in no time at all and barely cost a dime to fix. They reviewed my sprinkler systemt settings and reset/adjusted all heads. Mike suggested I add three sprinkler heads to the front yard since i was really having issues with coverage: he did NOT get pushy or try to sell me anything - it was very clear he was looking out for my better interest with water usage and coverage (efficiency and effectiveness). I was really surprised just how quickly they got the job done and the cost was not expensive.
