We've used them for 17 years. They call to make sure we have our appointment set up. They are prompt. They use chemicals that are not harmful to dogs or children. If there's a problem, they'll come back. If a month later I see bugs, they will come back. We had bugs and they came out right away. They're prompt. They come out when they say they will. The people are friendly. They're professional. They always address us by Mr. and Mrs.

Just finished working with Jeff from Alpha Pest. He was friendly, nice, and very knowledgeable. I am new to Texas (from California) so he explained what bug are dangerous and what bugs are not. He had many helpful tips on personal bug sprays to buy and what to look out for in a new home. I am EXTREMELY afraid of spiders, especially the ones here in Texas are so huge! But it is nice knowing all the ones I have found so far are harmless. He informed me what marking the dangerous ones have and to be aware of them. Also identified that I have acrobat ants and that we will need to monitor them since they do eat wood. This is the second house where I have used Alpha Pest Control -- and I have been a loyal customer for 18 years. I consider them to be professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They know the best and safest treatments. They explain recommendations so I can make informed decisions. They honor their warranty. I feel like their price is fair. I trust them. Alpha installed my termite bating system and performs an annual check. They call me every year to make an appointment. They come on time and call to confirm before showing up. This year, they discovered that I have some carpenter ants. The ants were treated and are now gone. I will continue to use them as long as I own my home.

Our homes and out buildings are well taken care of, and if we do have a problem, which is not very often, he is out quickly to evaluate and solve the problem. You do not feel like you are imposing in any way, and feel like they value your business. They are very good with our pets, work hard to schedule convenient times, and are always punctual. You cannot go wrong with this company!

I have quarterly treatments and inspections to maintain pest control in my house and have used Alpha Pest consistently for 20 years. Alpha Pest has been very reasonable in what they charge and have always successfully diagnosed and addressed any problems I have ever had. Any visibility of recurring problems between quarterly treatments are taken care of at no charge. I would trust ED under any circumstances. I recently discovered an unusual pest issue that I could not identify and I needed to leave town on business but wanted to address the problem immediately. I gave ED the keys to my house to resolve the problem while I was traveling. HE TOOK CARE OF IT PROMPTLY, NO CHARGE. There is only one service provider that I have trusted without exception to enter my house with nobody there........and that's ED.
