John arrived shortly after we placed the call for service. Not an emergency but they were at our home with in an hour of our call. We had a toilet that was not secured to the floor properly. In the matter of minutes he had it removed and new floor anchors installed ready to replace the toilet. We painted our bathroom recently and couldn't get behind the toilet to paint. We asked if we could paint the small spot behind the toilet before it was reinstalled and he said no problem. Actually took the roller from us and painted the spot for us. We had a hall bathroom where the toilet had a water flow problem. He fixed it in minutes and was very professional. I would highly recommend Shelton's Plumbing. We have used them before and have always had a good experience.

The office staff was very professional and friendly. There was a delay in appointment time but this was due to a high volume of customers they were taking care of. When they arrived they were a little bit late, but the service made up for that. The two gentlemen that came out were professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They assessed the situation which was 2 leaks under the house and in the wall. The cold weather froze the pipes which caused the leaks. The plumbers then had to leave to get parts but came back in a timely fashion. The job was complete and they cleaned up everything. A few days later, my mother was having a problem with the original plumbing issue, Shelton came back out and fixed it with no additional cost. She was very satisfied with the service and would use them again.

Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful. They were quick to respond to my emergency. I now consider Shelton Plumbing my new plumber.

Overall, it went excellent. They were on time and the guy who came out was very personable.

They over charged me. They did not put in the fixtures I picked out. I had a bad experience. I was not happy with them. I ended up talking to three people. I sent them what I thought was fair for the pricing. They excepted the payment. I feel that they knew they had over charged me. They never called me back. They never apologized to me.

It was great. They responded and that stood out. We had an emergency, we called several places and they were the ones who responded. They are responsive and professional. We are planning on having us do more work for us when we remodel our bathroom.
