+ -1 moreWe waited a couple of days (for additional estimates) before calling him and scheduling an install. We gave him a couple of date options and he selected one of them. I took a day off from work to be present for the install. By 10 am, I realized that they were not going to show or were going to be late. THEY NEVER SHOWED OR RETURNED MY CALLS on the day of the install. Do not waste your time with this company!!!! Professional up front but cannot follow through with promises and didn't have the spine to return my calls, sad, very sad.
Description of Work: This company was at a home and garden show in Belton, Texas. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate, he showed on time and provided the estimate.

Description of Work: There were problems from the very first day. Terry never called or showed up to work through problems. He would only text. Damage done has yet to be repaired. They outsourced the work in the attic which was incredibly poor workmanship. We had them return FIVE times before they got it right. They collapsed the sheet metal air ducts, fell through the ceiling...it has been horrific. The foaming of the walls portion of the work damaged the inside walls. They have yet to complete repairs of that work. Shingles were broken and replaced with mismatched colors. Foam left in yard. Our experience is you can trust them to NOT do what they say they will do. PLUS the utility bills were unchanged from last year's; despite it being a cooler summer. Horrible experience! They did repair the ceiling they fell through.

+ -1 moreProvider arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. They cleaned up everything and made sure that we were satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: They added spray insulation to all the attic spaces that were accessible. They added foam to all the exterior walls. Prior to the work our home was very cold and couldn't hold in the heat. The temperature is much more stable and warmer now.

+ -1 moreTerry Jones showed up on 17 November to give an estimate for insulating the kitchen addition. After measuring, he told us there was a $1,035 minimum charge and that would be the cost to insulate. We agreed and he said the crew would show up on 21 November at 8:30am. The crew arrived at the specified time and set out to insulate the addition. Along the way it was explained what was going on with the process. The process took about 5 hours. Everything was cleaned up prior to their leaving. All in all, a satisfactory experience. Prior to the insulation, a north wind would blow through the kitchen. The kitchen, cabinets, dishes, silverware, all would be cold. A weather front arrived the evening of the insulation completion and the temperature dropped into the 30's with winds gusting from the north at 30mph. There were no drafts, dishes and silverware were at room temperature. This will be our first winter with a comfortable kitchen. My wife and I are quite satisfied with the work done by Foamformyhome.com
