ENVIRO-SERV

We have a two-story home and their prices were reasonable. Extremely professional employees from the sweet lady that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment to the gentlemen that shampooed our carpet. They communicated suggestions and/or extras they could provide with pricing. The job was done wonderfully and there were no surprises. We will continue to use Enviro-Serv and highly recommend to any and everyone.

Always late. Project took over a month since there were many days they didn't show up. Left large messes; food sacks, drink cups & cigarettes in the yard. Several walls needed to be textured. The mud that they sprayed got on everything; on my kids beds (not even in the room being worked on), clothes in closets, chairs, ceiling & doors not being worked on & poured in the grass in the front yard. They did not clean any of this up. The floor they installed started coming apart w/in 2 weeks of installation. The owner, Jason Metzger, came to look at it & said this was due to placement of furniture (isn't the floor where you put your furniture?). He said they could not do anything else at our house since he had to pay someone every time to come out & he had already lost money on this project. Very low integrity. His secretary also called me 3 times one day asking for their money because he was taking his family on a cruise the next day & he needed to get this deposited. She assured me that they would still be coming out the next week to finish up. This was our first time to ever have to hire a company to do anything & we learned a huge lesson...Hold on tightly to your money until you plan to never see them again. At one point Enviro Serv sent one of their workers to clean our carpet. The water at our house was turned off at the time. He came with no water in his truck tank & backed up to our neighbors home to fill it up with their water hose. Needless to say they were quite angry. I let the owner of Enviro Serv know about this & he said that he would give compensation to this family for this...they never received anything. 6 months later we had to pay $1000 to a flooring company in town to repair/replace our floors as MANY of the vinyl planks continued to come up after Enviro Serv's installation (we called Enviro Serv 2x at that time just to find out the name of the flooring used so that we could match it...both times a man told us he would get back with us - no one ever did). Flooring company said that the wrong type of sub floor was used....we never had problems after that. Months later when moving the refrigerator & stove we discovered that Enviro Serv even textured & painted over the electrical outlets. Guess they knew we would not find it soon. We did report this all to the BBB.
