 + -1 moreCame back one day later. The problem was fixed with no further issues. I will be contacting Bass Plumbing for future work. My daughter also called Bass Plumbing after my experience and was very happy with their work and fees.
Description of Work: Gave a detailed and time consuming troubleshoot of complicated issue. Also provided extra time and expertise on design and completion of a separate plumbing project. Very courteous and helpful.

 + -1 moreWe were told we had a leak from our water company and they recommended it be repaired as soon as possible. It was a poorly done connection that caused the leak and this was dug up by the three person crew that came by after 5PM and worked into the dark to repair the leak. They had dug up and were in the process of repairing the connection the first time when I met them after work. In the process of trying to prep and make the connections on the PVC, it broke in another place. So they had to dig this up further and then connect both the feeds into the house and the feed to the sprinkler system. This took them a considerable amount of time working in very poor conditions. They finished the PVC then pressure tested the connection while Mr. Bass looked on. Once completed they relaid the sod and filled in the hole they had dug. This wasnt done perfectly but it also will compress down as time goes by to allow the enclosure for the water meter to again be flush with the yard. All in all a fast professional job.
Description of Work: We had a noticable leak after our water meter into our house. They found a poorly done connection and pulled it out as it was the point of the leak and then repaired it twice to ensure it was properly done. The only thing that was possilby done better would have been refill the soil they dug up to do the repairs in the first place. But all in all this was prompt, fast and professionally done service and it has not leaked since the repair. I am thoroughly satisfied.
