Technician arrived at time designated time. Diagnosed and repaired the problem. Talked to me about how to prevent the problem in the future. He was very professional. Told me that they work on weekends without charging overtime.

They just checked my air conditioning inside and outside unit and to make sure everything is okay. I pay a yearly fee of, I think it's $169.00. And that covers both the visits. They originally, when I first contacted them, they came out just did a check-up on the air conditioning system I had and then several months later, the outside unit went out and they put in a new inside and outside system for me. And they come out ever since then twice a year just to do a check-up and then any time I have problems with it, they come out pretty quickly. If they are not out there that same day, they're out there the next day.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. Price was fair and competitive. things were left clean abd neat when they finished.

They left the wire touching each other. Three day later my compressor got burned out. I complain about it asking them to install a used compressor to get me going or give my money back and they said that was nothing they could do about it. All they want to do was to sell me a new unit for 6500.00 dollars wich was way more expensive than what I had found on the market. Stay away from this business.

They were very professional. I will use them again if needed.

We are on a contract with them. We wouldn't be with them if they weren't "A's." We've dealt with other companies, but like them the best. I've never had to wait for them. They are very clean. They pick up after themselves. Very thorough.

It's wonderful, works great. They cleaned up everything, they did wonderful. They're very professional, they come in with booties to cover their shoes so that they don't make a mess in your home on your carpet and they clean up. Anything that they leave outside, is all picked up, thrown in the trash and they put it into their van and they take it off.

I remember that it went very well. The guy who came out did his job well. The work was complete. I would use them again.

They did a really great job and they even gave me some tips to save money. They were great.

They were trying to sell us things that was not necessary. My husband knows a little about the electronics for the air conditioning and if I would of been here by myself I would of probably bought it. I was not happy about that.

They did a good job. The equipment kind of failed on us, but that was my fault as I didn't understand the maintenance piece. They were up front about their cost, stating they weren't the cheapest.

We were not satisfied. They didn't do the complete check up. The compressor was going out and they did not service it. So we had to call another company to fix it.

They had done well. It was very helpful, very good. Very professional people they were good.

They were very quick with their response. They came in, they had the part already on their truck because we told them what the unit was doing before they got here and so he ordered - I think it was a capacitor - and he brought it with him and had it that very day, within an hour.

Air Serv representative promptly responded on a weekend day to inspect and service my AC system. But before coming out, I mentioned that my AC system had run overnight and house temp was unusually high during phone conversation. Knowing I was mechanically inclined, he instructed me to check for frozen over evap coil. He was correct, made suggestion to run air handler fan to thaw coil. He came out later that same day, checked for Freon leaks, and serviced the system. Told me that the system is old and will eventually have same issue on the near future due to minor leak found in evap coil area. He was right.

I came home last week to a hot house; the inside temperature was 85 degrees and my outside AC unit was dead. It was after 6pm, but I took a chance and called Aire Serv anyway. I left a message; within an hour I received a call from James, the Aire Serv technician. To my surprise he said he could come out that evening. James made it to my house around 9:45 and worked in the dark to get my unit up and running within an hour. He was polite and professional and gave a complete explanation of the problem. I was pleased and impressed and am happy to recommend James and Aire Serv to everyone I know.

We put in an email request for an appointment and we were immediately contacted by Keith Saunders.? He was concerned about our house being too hot!? James came out quickly on a Friday evening (in a thunderstorm) and diagnosed a bigger issue.? James got the house cooled off and?also us set up for a repair.? The repair was completed the next Tuesday (today!) and this repair was done at no charge to us, even though I would have been happy to pay for the excellent customer care. ?Aire Serve had installed our new unit and Keith felt that the problem should not have happened with our new unit--we were not charged for the work and we now have a very cool home! The service provided by Aire Serv of Central Texas is the ultimate in professional; the equipment has been top notch and when we experienced these small issues, it has been taken care of promptly with only concern for our comfort. I highly recommend this company and these excellent service professionals!
