If you have a home warranty, you do not have to accept A1. 4 trips and a shower handle is still not fixed. Pur water heater under manufacturer's warranty was replaced with a cheaper brand. Mud was left all over the floor and walls. Things were broken and just left.

Received a call the day before that they would be here between 3-5 pm the next day. Received a call at 2:45 pm that day that they were on the way. Arrived and they were very courteous and professional. Did above what was required. I will absolutely use them again.

Worst experience ever from a customer service and repair aspect. Will never use on my properties or would never recommend for any services. Customer service is the worst i have ever experienced dealing with anyone. Do not value customers time or money. Please do yourself a favor and do not even call them. One they will not answer or return calls. If you have a home warranty save yourself the headache and go ahead and ask for a different provider. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
