Description of Work: We have a garden room that has leaked every time it rains, for 14 yrs. We have tried numerous times to have it fixed. Occasionally it will go a year without leaking then it will start leaking again. Mr. Busby was recommended by a contractor who installs these rooms and we had him out. He had several ideas as to where the leaks were coming from on the roof. Let me say that we had a new roof installed several years ago by another contractor, (wish we'd known about Mr. Busby then). It was not properly done so Mr. Busby fixed several places on the roof and replaced several "pipes" that were on the roof. Let me say that he never gave up on the project and continued to try to find the cause of the leaks. He did make a difference in the amount of leaks and we are truly grateful for that. His work ethics are above and beyond any we have encountered in the past. We highly recommend Mr. Busby and will use him in the future. He really does know what he is doing and he doesn't leave you if the problem seems impossible, but continues to try to find the answer. Thank you Mr. Busby for doing such a great job!!
