 + 0 moreIt took a couple of days to complete all of the items on scope of work. We were flexible and worked with them on their scheduling requirements. Now the house has an improved and comfortable temperature management plus the our overall energy bill is less. I would highly recommend Wetzel's heat and air.
Description of Work: Completed an HVAC system replacement. Upon initial home visit, Tim observed that our house had improper sized ducts and vents in the majority of the rooms and an additional return air vent was recommended. This assessment along with Johnny's (owner) airflow analysis of the house provided me the confidence that the system was sized appropriately for our home.

 + 1 moreTech came to my house to evaluate job. Returned as promised to complete attic insulation very courteous and professional. The results were highly successful. Well pleased.
Description of Work: Tech measured attic to determine Sq. Ft. blew in insulation to R-30 value. Removed vents to insure access to every part of attic. Reinstalled vents completed all necessary functions to insure R-30 value.

 + -1 moreTim and Michael arrived on time; both professional and pleasant. Began unit inspection, and discovered disintegrated wiring, which needed to be replaced. Wiring quickly replaced, unit powered on and overall system check-up completed. Confirmed all readings looked good, with the exception of freon level. Added 2lbs, checked interior air register temps, validating cooling was good, and work complete. Couldn't have asked for better service, everything exemplary.
Description of Work: Checked exterior AC unit for electrical/wiring issue, since breaker had been tripped.

Description of Work: Woke up to a very hot house and called Wetzel's Heat & Air by approximately 9 am. We live out on the lake, but they were out here by and had it fixed by noon! The Service Man was friendly and efficient and the price was good!
