My husband explained that we needed the fence repaired in one day. We have dogs that need to have access to the backyard. E.W. agreed to do this but did not complete the job in one day. There was construction debris placed in our Recycle can and a general mess to clean up. The posts were installed correctly but there is a problem with communication and customer service. Overall, not pleased with the experience.

I MADE TWO APPOINTMENTS WITH THIS COMPANY AND EW WAS A NO-SHOW BOTH TIMES.

They did very good work. He put a beautiful cedar post at the latch of the gate. I was very pleased.

The provider was unable to complete the job. We gave the owner, EW, a deposit of over $8000 to pay for the fencing materials to be purchased from the supplier. He, however, did not order the correct amount and could not afford to pay the extra cost to have the rest shipped in. (We came to find out from his assistant that he cannot read or write English) We then had to pay the extra costs ourselves which was an extra $1700. EW was visibly intoxicated when he came to discuss this issue with us and when he would actually start the job, which was a big red flag. He then constantly delayed the start of the job with a myriad of excuses. We finally had to find someone else to finish it. I would never, ever recommend using Wild West fencing to anyone.

Wild West Fencing did a great job on the installation of a 6' privacy fence and new driveway. The company was not only very professional, but the workmanship was high quality and done in a timely manner. I will certainly be recommending and using them again for any future projects.

I was really impressed with the timliness of the job. They showed up early and were thorough in their work. They worked with me on a daily basis and gave suggestions on ways to create my garden and use plants that do well in central texas during our extreme droughts.
