Daniel and his crew installed tongue and groove pine ceilings in my main living area and kitchen - a full work week of painstaking, overhead labor. This company did very good work. The representative who assessed the project was very knowledgeable and professional. They promptly did the work agreed upon. The crews were also very professional and conducted their work quietly and left the property neat and clean. I was very pleased and would use them again.

I highly recommend this company. We had them pull off all the old gutters, paint the entire exterior, then install new higher quality gutters that work beautifully. They did an excellent job and I am requesting bids for more work.

Daniel was prompt to answer my request. He was easy to coordinate a day/time to come look @ the project. He and his crew came out and assessed the job, and completed the project of our whistling front door and cleaned up well behind themselves. While Daniel was here, I asked him about doing the work for our Brick or Stone - Tuck-pointing, as we did not hire the first company. Daniel sent out a crew of men to handle that job promptly. Then, we needed a Handyman, for replacing a ceiling fan in our home and Daniel came back and took care of that for us too. He does just a little bit of everything you might need done in your home and I'd call him back again if the need arises.

I hired Daniel, Unique Transformations,ATX,LLC. Daniel, Wright and Mike are very professional people. What a find! They have completed two projects for me. These individuals are very Professional. They will exit your property after the job is complete with NO clean up necessary. Hats off to Unique Transformations. I would highly recommend Daniel and Crew. I will be using them again on my biggest investment(house) for my next project.

Hired Daniel (Unique Transformations ATX) to replace two doors, paint the house and well house, and clean the standing seam metal roof. After the first day on the roof I told Daniel that the results were not acceptable. His subcontractor was power washing with ambient temperature well water with no soap or brushes. Instead of pushing the pause button and determining a more effective method of cleaning for a better result, the subcontractor was back on the roof on day 2 doing the same thing and getting the same result. I did an internet search and called the roofing manufacturer and found that using a mild detergent solution and soft bristled brush was the recommended method for cleaning the roof. At a meeting with Daniel and the subcontractor, the subcontractor demonstrated that the soap and brush method was effective. When the subcontractor's crew returned the next day, they cleaned 7 panels of the roof using the preferred method, and then when back to the old method using the pressure washer and plain water. When I informed Daniel of this, he stated that they were using the soap and brushes and only using the pressure washer to rinse the soap from the roof, because the regular hoses were not long enough. Daniel told me all this without ever visiting the job site. He then informed me that they were done with the roof and there would be no further effort to clean it better. When I told Daniel that I was not satisfied, he indicated that he agreed to power wash the roof as a favor (presumably because of the other work he was doing for me) and his response was "I never promised you a result." To Daniel's credit, the installation of the doors and the painting are both acceptable (3.5 to 4.0 stars), but neither was completed without at least one annoyance to us. We did have an issue with paint color selection, and we have to take responsibility for that. In hindsight, that could have been avoided with better communication between myself, Daniel and the painting subcontractor. I should have been more assertive. We ended our relationship when Daniel told me that we were "difficult customers." I counter by saying that we just had high expectations. Were our expectations too high? Or did Daniel just under perform? Daniel's last words to me were "lose my phone number." Already done Daniel, already done.

Very prompt. Excellent work. Explained job in detail. Probably going to hire him for additional projects.

I am very pleased the the quality of work, in fact I have already asked for quotes on other jobs around my home. They were on time, professional, and I was very happy with the final outcome. I would recomend Unique Transformations to everyone.

Dan was more than helpful in coming to my house to estmate the project. His pricing is very competitive. The quality of wprk performed and the level of service he provided was beyond my expectations. I will be having him return to replace my windows asap.

Daniel and his team delivered a competitive bid, and took the time to talk with me and answer questions I had - even about things not involved in the work being bid on! Unique Transformations was prompt and courteous, kept me updated and informed along the way, and did not leave any mess that I would have to clean up. In my opinion the work performed was top notch, and professional. I will definitely be using them in the future and have already told friends and co-workers about them. Great experience.

Unique Transformations helped me install two 6ft sliding glass door sets on the back of my house. One of those sets was replacing an 8ft door, so the size of the opening had to be reduced to a 6ft opening. To further complicate, the doors are part of a larger project. The folks at Unique Transformations were sensitive to my specs, helpful in their suggestions and consistent in their performance. Thanx guys.

They couldn't complete the painting because of the weather. They have done a great job and I am in the process of discussing another project with Daniel.
