Fan to A/C replaced. Woke up this morning to 73 degrees. Wonderful! Thank you Rob!!

It went great. Very professional. Uses great equipment. I keep our A/C at 75 and you still need a blanket. Our bills went way down.

Rob came over and diagnosed the problem with my unit, he took the time to explain the issues, the causes and the fixes. he explained to me a good,better,best fix plan, that was easy to understand. i opted to be proactive with the fix and go for the best fix, he arrived on time and was able to complete the work in no time. he replaced the evaporator coil, and recharged the system. while he was there he also gave the entire unit a once over and cleaned my drain lines and condensor unit outside, he through this in for me without cost. Robs slogan: Service like no other And i see why, i will def, be telling anyone i know about this company, reasonably priced professionalism.... truly "service like no other" My neighbor aslo hired him to do some work, right there on the spot.. and she was so happy to have someone that took the time to explain things, and get her unit up and running properly, without having to take out a 2nd mortgage... top notch!! The service tech was on time and friendly. I had no problem understand him. He communicated in a way I could understand. Extremely professional and polite. He explained to me what the issues were with my air conditioning and what the possible solutions would be. He presented me these solutions so I could make an informed solution. This was very comforting considering I've had other service providers try to use the pressure strategy on me. I would highly recommend using this company to anybody. And I can honestly say that I got what I paid for. It's not a good feeling paying good money and getting poor service. The good thing for southern temp control is I never felt that way during the intire service visit.

I was shown the what the problem was and what parts needed to be replaced. The options of repair were explained and taken care of that day. I am always nervous when I need HVAC repairs because most companies are not honest and add tons of parts and services to the bill. But with Southern Temp Control the service was done with the customer in mind and you can tell that they are here for the customer, want repeat business, not just a big payday with each job. I would recommend Southern Temp Control to anyone that wants a company they can trust and get a fair price.
