Randy Carter Painting

I completely renovated a 100 year old farm house in Wimberley, putting in new windows and siding, and updating the interior. Randy did all of the painting. He was not the cheapest bid that I got, but he came highly recommended by two of the carpenters doing the initial work on the house, so I decided to give him a shot, and I'm glad that I did. Randy pays great attention to detail, and it shows in his end result. I have gotten several compliments from friends on how nice the paint job looks. According to Randy, the secret to a good paint job is in the prep work. Randy spent a lot of time on prep (i.e. caulking). That's one reason his paint jobs look so good. AND, he will not use "cheap" materials. So, while he may not be the least expensive painter out there, "you get what you pay for." Randy is also a big animal lover and during the 5 months that he was there painting, he made friends with my 3 dogs, 6 goats, and 3 donkeys and offered to feed and look after them when I was out of town. He's a very good painter and also just a very nice guy.
