Description of Work: Amazing service and very prompt. We had major septic lateral line problem, and Jim diagnosed and managed to fix the problem during very inclement weather. Kudos to Jim Ward Septic and his crew!

septic tank
+ -1 moreMy appointment was for 8:15 and he arrived about 5 minutes early. They promptly set about pumping my tank and were done very quickly. Friendly and surprisingly upbeat considering that they were dealing with a less than pleasant substance. This was the third time that I have used them since 1991.
Description of Work: Pumped two septic tanks. 800 gallon and 500 gallon.
