Very well - Steve did a very good job of both performing the work and supervising other contractors when we needed to get a house ready for sale. It was significant work including removing popcorn ceilings, renovating a bathroom, installing flooring, refinishing a large deck, and replacing the roof. The house sold quickly and for more than it was listed. Steve has also done general work at our primary residence multiple times, including repairing floors and walls after water damage.

The work was excellent, and it was done for a fair price. Would highly recommend!

Back living in my fabulous redone vintage home . I never could have done it without Steve Oneill , his expertise with old houses and his easy fun witty nature .

The job went very smoothy. Steve (Emeral Construction) brought me some samples from Home Depot but he was afraid I wouldn't like the 'cheap stuff' and he was right. He special ordered a window which delayed the project a few days but that wasn't his fault. I wanted a quality window & Emearld Construction delivered!

Fixed two cracks in wall took out window seat in another bedroom to make a bed fit into the space. More painting done solved a problem in keeping door to outside from slamming open

Steve O'Neill and his mason / stucco guys did a wonderful job to design and build us a solid well house to match our main home. Steve was very professional, above board, forthright, honest, and kept me informed of progress. His contract and payment schedule was most reasonable and fair. He was respectful of my budget and did his best to keep within those means. The final project was completed and the handiwork was excellent.

Steve is amazing with his attention to detail. The job was very custom with his checking on details and our wishes. We signed a detailed contract with scheduled payments after certain portions were finished. He does excellent work.

Excellent. Better than I expected. You can't even tell that the chairs were ever damaged.

This was an very detailed project. I will simply say Steve handled the details with great communication and responsiveness.

I called Steve and he answered the phone right away, thus we were able to set up a time quickly for him to come out and assess the scope of work. He was very friendly. He showed up when he said he would and assessed the work. He let us know that he wouldn't be able to perform the work right away but gave us a timeline of when he could and so we started out with a ballpark date of two weeks out. Steve called the next week to check in and let me know that he would be starting the next week as planned. He was able to do all of the work in a timely manner and kept me informed of any changes in products or time. He removed his debris as he worked and when he was finished. It was a pleasure working with Steve and I would recommend him highly.

Steve showed up and did a great job. He called each morning to coordinate the the day schedule. Very happy.

Steve was punctual and polite at each job. He asked good questions. My concerns were addressed and I was treated with respect always. Every job was completed to my satisfaction. He keeps accurate hours. He never overcharged me.
