Gentleman came out, looked at our roof. No need to replace. Did fix a reason for a leak and did not charge anything extra. Very pleased and would hire again and have recommended to my friends.

They did an absolutely fantastic job. They were polite. I was so impressed with the crew. They cleaned up everything afterward and were out of there in just that one day. They were dynamite, I would give them my highest rating.

I picked John based on his reputation on Angie's List. He exceeded my expectations. The insurance company said I had some curling shingles. I reached out to John and he replied immediately. He came out on a weekend with his family and looked over the roof. After investigation he said I had hail damage and suggested I open a claim with my insurance. The insurance company came out and confirmed the hail damage with their own roofer and declared it needed to be replaced. That was obviously a significant outcome ($$). I worked with John to pick new upgraded shingles and explained I wanted to add gutters to the house. John dropped off color samples on the gutters and we found a perfect match for our trim. He provided a link to the shingle colors and we found what we wanted. The shingles were back ordered due to all the storms, but arrived when John said they would. The work took two days for a roof and another for the gutters. We are extremely happy with the results and have already recommended John to friends.

This was to be a two day job. They finished in a day and a half. They cleaned up the yard. Did a great job sealing all vents. The job was done quickly and looks great. Every time I called the company they knew who I was and the status of the job. The customer service was outstanding. They were not the least expensive, but I will always pay extra for great quality and personable customer service.

The young man that came out was Mr. Simmons' son and he was so very polite. I made a point to tell him I know nothing about construction so he went through the pictures with me and explained everything g he found thoroughly. They followed up with a written estimate within hours. Although no one really wants to have roof issues, I would trust them to come out and do the work

He checked the roof and repaired two screws that backed out and also the vent pipe was resealed. He also went down to rows of screws and resealed them to make sure they did not leak. He was very detailed and explained everything.

3 of the gutter areas leaked, and 1 of the leaks has caused damage to wood area underneath. Called company, and left message. It took awhile from them to get back to me, but when they did they scheduled a first thing Monday morning return visit. The showed Monday morning, and adjusted new gutters. Repairs were water tested with the garden hose, and appear to be good now. I will be checking them the next time it rains.

Excellent service, work was top notch, completed entire installation of new roof on a 2200 square foot house in just over 4 hours, very pleased with every aspect of service.

There were a couple of minor problems but the contractor corrected them promptly.

originally used used A repair man representing Home Depot to cover opening on our front porch their repairman after more than a few tries to seal and stop the water leaks we switched to Miracle roofing who fixed the problem for us and are very satisfied.

It went well. They did a good job, and nothing leaked. They were very professional.

They were very responsive and helped with the insurance side of it all. Only bump in the road was the workers completed a fourth of my roof before realizing the shingles were the wrong color. It worked out in my favor since they deducted $600 from the total as I chose to continue with the color. I ended up liking the color better anyways so a win win for me! I would use them again.

I can't remember the date of my last call to them but Oct. last year seems about right. I've had small leaks show up at 2 places in different parts of my roof. Don Simmons was the roofer who came each time. He did a thorough inspection, found areas he believed were leaking and worked on them. Because these were difficult leaks to track down, he told me not to pay him until I was sure they were fixed. One I needed to call them to come back on. It was no problem for him to come back, within a day or so of my call. I have found him friendly, efficient, and professional. I've called for another service just today.

Very pleasant and very professional. Showed him where the possible leaks were in the garage and around chimney before he went up on the roof. He did a thorough inspection of the entire roof and let us know it was still in good shape and that leak was not coming from the roof. He found a small area around the chimney that needed to be resecured and he fixed that voluntarily at no charge. Since, fortunately, we didn't need any repairs we didn't need their services, but I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future if any work is needed. Wonderful company!

Went great. This is the second time that they have done work for us, the first time in 1993 after a hail storm. Great job. I was worried that there would be shingles and nails left from the removal of the old layers of roofing materials, but they did a wonderful job with the clean-up as well the new roof. I will definitely use them again if I need roofing work done.

Very professional company. Quick response to my call. Very friendly people who did what they said, charged what they quoted, and cleaned up the job site. The experience with this company was so refreshing I'm considering damaging my roof so I can call them back again. (Just Kidding)

John is a very nice gentleman with a professional approach. While estimating my project, he found an area of flashing that needed corking. Without charging, John applied some sealant. Scheduling conflicts resulted in a bit of a delay and without prompting; John offered a credit for any inconvenience it may have caused me. I’ll be using John again.

I want to express how extremely happy I am with Simmons and Sons Roofing Company. When my roof was damaged due to wind damage I wasn't sure if my insurance company would agree to replace it. Not that this part had anything to do with Simmons Roofing, but once the roof replacement was approved by State Farm I called and spoke with the owner, John Simmons. He came to my house within two days to give his estimate and also handled the insurance for me since he was so knowledgeable about it and I was in the dark. Also, left the roofing materials sample for me to choose my color from. The communication I had with Mr. Simmons was excellent. If I called or texted him at any point during the day or evening up until and during the work being done he would call or text me back immediately. The cost of the roof was exactly in line with what my insurance company wrote up so that was such a huge relief. Once the contract was settled ( it took less than one day) he told me it would be about 2 1/2 weeks before the work could be started and then they were a whole week early. My roof is beautiful and I will spread their name to anyone I know that needs roofing work. Also, the crew was very professional. The night before the work started they delivered their dump truck to my house and then showed up at 7 am for the two days it took to do the work. They kept my yard completely clean. Thank you, Mr. Simmons, for the excellent work.

remarkable, very dependable and polite crew, did exactly what they said they would do with no problems or issues, family owned, david the owner work with his sons and they did an exceptional job, i would definatly use them in the future when i need a roofer or any repair work, they also fixed my gutters and some siding on my house
