I appreciated his thoroughness and especially liked the recap at the end of the report that made it easy to figure out what repairs needed to be made. I highly recommend his services!

+ -1 moreJohnny kept in touch with my buyer and walked him through the inspection to let him know everything that needed to be addressed. He was available and ready and worked with the buyers schedule. I have already got another inspections schedule with him and will continue to call him.
