 + 4 moreIt took 2 weeks to come out, which the 1st time they no showed and next day called and said they didn't go 20 minutes from their location. So they never came out! And we waited 2 weeks to find that out and last minute made up that excuse. Very unprofessional and rude!!!

 + -1 moreI found a large amount of water in my yard and called Crader Construction because of my previous positive experience with this company. Their plumber was at my house within an hour. He determined that the cause of the leak was the result of broken pipes due to tree roots. He repaired the problem in less than an hour and all was well. I cannot recommend this company enough. They have completed multiple projects on my house in the past to include the installation of new windows, new floors and numerous small jobs. Their prices and unbeatable and most importantly their honesty is without question. I have often found it difficult to find contractors who are trustworthy and Crader Construction without a doubt puts honesty and integrity first. Love this company!

 + 4 moreThey worked all week to level the kitchen replacing numerous beams. They had to remove and replant several shrubs and removed and replaced the siding. Attention to detail was wonderful. They even made a trip back out just to caulk one thing they forgot. I'll definitely use them again for every project.
Description of Work: Kitchen was sloping due to rotted interior beams. The job was a lot bigger than we thought but the price was very reasonable. They also did some minor plumbing and electrical work. I'll use them for every upcoming project. They were awesome!

Very professonal, prompt, courteous, pricing was very competitive and fair, they worked constantly and consistently until the job was finished, and it was a big job. They are also very dog friendly and worked very well with my dogs being at the house for the entire job. Jack, Steve, Mike, and Nathan are now like family to me and I look forward to our next project. I will absolutely have only them do any work for me. Jack also had the house cleaned top to bottom when the job was completed and the lady did a fantastic job.
Description of Work: Rewired entire home to include new panel box, replaced all existing plugs and switches, added new plugs and switches, installed new fixtures including the most awesome motion activated switches in all closets so lights come on when door is opened. Installed Lutron system so that lights and thermostat can be controlled remotely via my iPhone. Rewired garage and installed motion activated switches in garage. Removed existing knob and tube wiring and brought everything to surpass what is required by code. Their work passed inspection first time around with flying colors and the city inspector was very impressed with the quality of their work.

 + 1 moreThe electricians performing the work were very professional and pleasant and the owner Jack Crader came by the house after completion of the work to see that I was satisfied with the work performed. I definitely plan to use their services in the future as I found them to be reasonably priced, prompt, and provide quality work.
Description of Work: Arc Electric installed a new electric panel box, checked all of the wiring in the house before tieing it into the panel box, and hung new light fixtures.

 + 2 moreArc Electric is a sister company to Crader Construction, a company we have a long history with already, so it is no surprise that they hold to the same high standards we have come to expect from Crader Construction. We will continue to use Arc Electric for all our electrical needs.
Description of Work: Arc Electric did all the electrical installation and upgrade on our new music room, some of which was outside the scope of the usual. In particular, they tied all the lights in our chapel together so that we only have to turn on one switch to light the whole chapel. In addition to that, we still have the ability to set the different lighting level on those same lights in a different location. This gives us the flexibility to change lighting if we need to without having to readjust every time we turn the lights on. They also made the master switch into a 3 way, giving us a second switch outside the chapel and nearer to the offices. They also repaired some lighted signs and installed some outside lighting.

 + 9 moreThey did a fantastic job and were very accommodating to our schedule. We are very satisfied with their work, skill and knowledge. We have developed a very good relationship with Jack Crader and will continue to use Crader construction for our physical facility needs.
Description of Work: We have had Crader Construction do most all of our projects the past 6 years. Most recently they remodeled a storage area next to our chapel and made it into a music room for our guest performers. They were able to frame it up, dry wall, tape, bed, texture and paint the walls, tile the floor, install a custom ceiling and rewire our sound. In addition they poured a concrete foundation and cut a new door through a brick and heydite block wall and finished that area out as an additional enclosed storage area to replace the storage we lost when we built the music room . They also repainted the brick on the chapel and repainted the outside of our building.
