A standard leak test on a Natural Gas line would have been $90-110, but we had trouble finding a company that was certified with Propane. We hired Noble after they were recommended from a friend and they quoted 175.... far more than anyone else but they were propane certified so we agreed. Once they arrived, they installed 2 drip legs without our consent and increased the price to over 300. My wife who was home felt awkward and intimidated about the situation so she wrote the check. All we needed was a leak test, and that was clearly explained to the company. I called the company and left a message the same day, asking them to return my call to talk about the disagreement, but after not hearing back from them, I decided to write this review and warn people. Regardless of if they thought they should install the drip legs, they should have justified their case and quoted the price to us BEFORE performing the work. I was willing to move on and forget, but not after being ignored.

I had been calling plumbing companies for almost 3 weeks. I was very frustrated at no return calls when I left a message. When I did get a quote, many were more than the cost of the toilet. Even a previous company I have used in the past, had a rather large fee. I kept looking on Angies List. Finally I reached Jeremy, the owner of Noble Plumbing. He had an excellent price. In a day or two Chris and his helper were out. Three toilets were installed. They were very careful especially carrying them over wood floors. Then there was an issue with one tank. No problem. They found out there was a recall on that tank and got a replacement for me and didn't even charge me for their trouble. They went above and beyond on this I feel. Chris is very careful, he made sure they were all level and caulked around each one so they look great. Finally, my distress was solved by an honest, hard working, and excellent plumber. The problem was not fixed at first but they continued to work until it was right.

What really impressed me is they told me that a pin had busted and that was why the water was spraying out. If he was not able to get that pin out I would have had to purchase a whole new water heater. I let him know I didn't have that kind of money to buy a whole new one. He got the pin out and put a new one it. What I was happiest about this was the fact that he worked with me instead of trying to charge me for a whole new water heater with installation. I was very impressed with their work. I put N/A for price because I only was in contact with them.

He showed up on time did the project quickly and well.

I like them. They were very professional. They got the job done very neatly.

see above They promised a written estimate of all work to b performed which was accomplished within 2 days plus added a free upgrade to the type of commode should i accept the bid. They also offered a free installation of a trim kit of my choosing for my shower stall. Very impressive. The tech was obviously knowledgable and friendly. I would use them if i were to have work performed which I did not for reasons that had nothing to do with the company. First Class!

They recommended we replace the bathtub and then we needed to replace the tile in order to get to the plumbing. Also put in a new sink and faucets. They did a good enough job, but they just seemed extremely pricey. I've never hired a plumber before in my life, but I know they're not cheap so what do I know. Except for that, they were very good. They were very courteous and polite, it's just that I'm not used to hiring work because I've always done it myself so the price did seem high.

The cast iron pipes in the 1950 section of the house were severely corroded. My water especially in the guest bathroom was full of rust. It had ruined the bath tub. In the 1990 addition, the rust was not severe but the water smelled like rotten eggs when you brushed your teeth. Noble replaced the cast iron pipes with the flexible plumbing pipe with minimal cuts in the wall. They were very up-front about my various options for repairs and replacements required. Not only were the repairs completed quickly and economically, they also were also great to deal with. I trusted giving them access to my house while I was not there and I felt that they were honest in their dealings. I will continue to use them for any of my plumbing needs and will recommend to my friends and neighbors.

The company's office was friendly and responsive. They quoted repair prices on the phone and emailed me options for a replacement comode. Their quote was not the lowest I received, but it was also not considerably out of line with the others. Ultimately, I went with another company that offered some product options I more preferred at that time. I would call them again for a quote if I was looking for a new plumber.

They were on time. They did above what I expected them to do. They replaced the hoses underneath the sink, I had copper piping and they changed it to the new aluminum hoses and put the new fixtures in.

I needed a new kitchen sink and faucet installed which meant that the old ones neede to be removed, garbage disposal removed and the dishwasher disconnected. Rocky explained to me that he would not be able to reinstall the disposal which was fine with me because it was old and I didn't really use it that much. I will buy a new disposal and dishwasher later this year. I also needed a new deck mounted tub faucet installed in the master bath. Rocky did a fantastic job! He had to use a dremel tool to very carefully grind the tile on the tub deck so that the new fixture would fit properly. He was on time, polite, personable, did excellent work, paid attention to detail and was a joy to have doing the work. I have already recommended Nobel plumbing to friends and told them to specifically ask for Rocky Ellis!

One of my toilets has not flushed correctly for over two years. We have just been able to use it in emergencies. I've had two plumbing companies come out to fix the problem, but both said they couldn't fix the problem. Rocky from Noble Plumbing Services came out and cleaned the drain and tested the plumbing action. He determined that the problem was in the toilet itself. I decided to replace both toilets with new ones with absolutely no pressure (no pressure from Rocky, I mean!!). I am so pleased with my new potties. They are power flush--love the action! Rocky was a pleasure to deal with. He was pleasant, knowledgable, punctual, and helpful. I would definitely do business with Noble Plumbing again.

After se and arch analysis of source of leak could not be readily repair by tunneling. Gave options and estimate to complete job. Estimate quite lower than two larger plumbing companies contacted.

They are very responsive, professional and charge a fair price.
