Darren came out and looked over my project. He took readings from all over my yard with a laser thing. From 22 years of adding grass and dirt on top of grass and dirt,, my yard was 6 inchs higher in spots than my foundation. He could see my drainage problem and came up with the solution and FIXED it perfectly. He had all the proper equipment to do the job correctly. Darren was very meticulous, and I appreciated his being so as I had sprinkler pipes and buried elextric lines all over. None were broke! MEL will always be my go to sorce for yard drainage!!

Mr. Darren is a true professional, we hired him to regrade the backyard and install a french drain. We had severe water run off issues, Mr. Darren came in and saved our backyard. We were beyond happy with the results and we are so thankful for his honesty and hard work, to be honest if we couldn't get the water run off issues fixed we were gonna sell our house. I have a rental home in Willis, TX that I have had nothing but problems with contractors doing "half jobs". This was my first try with Home Advisor. I can not say enough good things about the service I received from Micro Excavation ! Darren went above and beyond ! I hired him to do some simple grading - when he arrived, he notified me that I had a spring issue on the property as well as a problem with my existing french drain. He completely dug up my french drain system and cleaned it out and re-leveled it ( it was plugged up ) Installed new / extended french drainage pipe - back-filled with rock - and then proceeded with the original quote of the simple grading of the land. The home is now properly channeling rain water away from the foundation and out to the street / drain My property manager was extremely impressed with Darren and his work ethics. It's hard to find people today that want a job - most just want the paycheck - Thanks Much Darren !!!!

I hired Darren with Micro Excavation for a site prep for my barn. The pad needed serious grading, erosion control, drainage, and the 30x48 foot pad itself needed to be level within 1 inch. This was no small task! Darren always showed up on time ready to work, and addressed any questions, changes, or needs that we needed for the site. I couldn't have been happier with the results Darren produced, in fact the company putting up our barn even commented that the pad was within 1/2 inch and was impressed.
