Description of Work: At my request, on 3/18/2014, Custom Care A/C Heat and Refrigeration conduct a full and complete Summer pre-season check-up on my home HVAC system. This is a two zone system, so Custom Care checked both HVAC units and replaced two Honeywell media air cleaners, Also, Custom Care A/C Heat and Refrigeration has installed several heating and air conditioning units in some of my rental properties (single family homes). In addition, Custom Care also performs pre-season check ups on all of my various rental properties.
