Marc arrived on time and brought all his equipment- cleaning solutions, ladders, etc. He worked steadily all day. When he left, he had cleaned up everything so you would never have known he had been there. The results were terrific!! We couldn't believe how clear the windows were.

Marc came out and gave me an estimate on my home and also my Mother's home. I felt it was a very fair price. He arrived on the date we selected and did a great job on all the windows. I would not hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend him for any window cleaning.

It went great! We phoned Marc Trout (936-444-5903) and he came out the same day or next and: listened to what we wanted done, looked at the windows and light fixture to be cleaned, discussed his cleaning method, told us what he would charge, and when he could do the work and how long it would take (1 to 1/2 days - it took him 1 full day and I was impressed). I rated him A in all categories except I gave him a B for punctuality because he was about 1 1/2 hours late the day he did the work and he did not call to tell us that he would be delayed. When he did arrive, he was very apologetic but sad something unavoidable had occurred. He then went right to work and did an excellent job for us. Marc performed the work in a very professional manner and we will not hesitate to ask him to do work for us again.

Marc responded to my inquiry on Thursday and made arrangements the same day to stop by the house to provide a quote. The quote seemed very reasonable and his schedule was open to perform the work that coming weekend. Marc showed up on time and worked very diligently throughout the day. Our windows look great for a great price.

My experience of working with Mark was excellent. He came to the house to discuss what I wanted completed, and provided an estimate in a timely manner. Mark was very flexible when I changed my mind about what I wanted done. He was able to immediately schedule my services. He was on time and very thorough in his work. I have lived in the house for 8 years and had not had the upstairs windows cleaned, thinking I would figure out a way....finally the green algae got the best of me, along with the spider webs etc and I had to take the time to find someone. I looked to the internet and gathered 3 names, all of whom I called. Mark responded right away. Within 2 days he was cleaning my windows! I can see clearly now!!
