Beyond Clean Tile

The tile was installed prior to completing all the other rebuilding items after Hurricane Harvey so there was too much drywall and debris embedded in the tile for me to remove. The owner was very responsive once scheduled they stuck to the timing. The floors were so bad, that the 2 young men working got on their hands & knees to ensure they were able to get up as much as possible. They even came back the next day to finish up for no additional charge even though they should of charged more. Many in our neighborhood recommended them and we were very happy we went with them. Great service all the way around and same price as others quoted.

They did an excellent job for a great price. Very professional, prompt and efficient. If all service providers conducted their business and delivered such high-quality work at a fair price, that would be wonderful. I also bought a concentrated neutral floor cleaner at a better price than at the hardware or big-box stores. My invoice was emailed to me before they even left my house.

The entire process was awesome . Staff explained everything in detail. Everyone was So polite . The price was very reasonable. When we contacted them they setup an appt timely and was on time for their visit .

Exceeded my expectations. This company delivered exactly what they said they would. They did not try to over-sell me other services, but made appropriate recommendations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tile, stone, grout, etc. cleaning and restoration.

My floors and granite counters are absolutely beautiful. The floors were unbelievable dirty when we bought the house. They cleaned and sealed travertine floors, color sealed ceramic tile & grout, and cleaned and sealed granite counters. It looks like I had new floors put it. I am amazed.

Beyond Clean Tile did exceptional work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jim, Johnathan, and Alex were all very professional and courteous. Jim accommodated my schedule and was on time to start the job early and finish the job on schedule. Great job Beyond Tile!

Our experience with "Beyond Clean Tile" was outstanding. Several of our neighbors have used this company and highly recommended them. We made an appointment for them to review the job and give us an estimate. They were able to come by the next day, after we called. Jim Walthall, the owner, and Jonathan (his grandson) came to give us the estimate. They explained what the bid would encompass and how to keep our tile looking good. They also spot cleaned a tile and grout section, to show us what the tile and grout would look like, when the job was finished. There was no high pressure selling or additional services pushed (a very comfortable and informative visit). They also guarantee their work for one year. We felt the estimate was good, especially considering the size of our tile floors (over 1300 sq. feet) and their condition. We set a date for them to return and do the cleaning. We received a e-mail 24 hours before the service, reminding us of the appointment. Jim and Jonathan arrived on time and immediately went to work. It took almost two days to finish the job. The end result was outstanding. The tile and grout was brighter and cleaner than we have ever seen it. Our floors look like theyare brand new. The job was well worth the money. We will definitely use "Beyond Clean" again and recommend them to our friends. It was definitely a very good experience.
