We are currently in an exception heat spell and I am running my water well supplied lawn irrigation system daily. This morning, I notice my sprinklers had not run. I checked the breaker and that was fine. I called the Ballard office and to my surprise, they said they would have someone there that afternoon. My pump is ~10 yrs old, so I was not expecting a pleasant outcome. Blane Greenhaw and an assistant showed up and within thirty minutes had my pump running at the minimum service charge. Very pleasant and professional crew. -- Great job.

Prompt service. Repair required access through the wellhouse roof which meant I had to hire another contractor to modify the wellhouse to allow necessary access to use a crane to pull the pipe and motor up. When the access was ready, the well service company came the next day to complete the well service that required motor replacement. All work was done in a professional manner. They will be the well service I will call in the future if further service is required.
