I called Matt and had him diagnose my ac which had quite cooling. He charged $50 to troubleshoot why the compressor wasn't kicking on which I thought was very fair. He took time to explain exactly what was going on, what he was checking, and how the system was supposed to work. Turns out the wiring within the compressor had shorted out somehow. I'm an engineer and I appreciated the technical details he was able to share. He's not out to sell you unneeded stuff, just fix the problem. I then had him replace the 3 ton outside unit which he did on a Saturday morning with no problems. Do note, he accepts cash or check only!!!!

We called Matt on a Saturday, when our AC unit had stopped cooling. He said he would be over in about an hour, but in reality, he was here within 15 minutes. Sooner is always better than later when the AC isn't working. He diagnosed the problem and had it up and running again within another 15 minutes. He was knowledgable and courteous and I will definitely call hime again with any AC or Heating problem in the future. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

I had a problem one night and I couldn't find anybody and he came out. He was wonderful. We had them come out after that for another problem. He was very good. He was here in an hour. He didn't have the part but he came back the next morning with the part. One evening another air conditioner had a problem and he was here within an hour and had it fixed. We are very pleased. He charged us $100 for the parts and service. He came out late evening and the price charged was good. Both the times he came out he was a really good worker and he made sure everything was fine. He made sure it had cooled off and he check for other things. He brought a mat just in case the mat goes and because that part went wrong. We are so happy with him. Everything happened either on a weekend or night and we were ecstatic as we didn't have to go get a hotel room or anything.
