+ -1 moreThis provider was simply amazing. The day before, he came out and gave a look at my equipment, fiddled with some things and gave me advice I never got from others that actually helps. When the next day came and the A/C failed again, I explained what happened, he identified the items at fault and took care of them without any charge besides parts. My parts were clearly at fault and he'd have been justified charging additional time (in my estimation), but chose not to do so.
Description of Work: Identified the problem, provided the parts and labor.
