Description of Work: Sealed and textured 3 rooms, painted all interior and doors and trim. | |Job took 2 1/2 weeks (with weekends off). Someone was there everyday about 7:45am before I headed off to work and they called when they were done, so I could come home and lock up. Crown molding was added to the job at the end and they finished that up the following Saturday. | |Price included labor and materials. | |I was very happy with the job.

Description of Work: Willie and I made an agreement, he to paint, texture,tile my 640sq ft. Condo at Runaway Bay,TX. he was very difficult to work with. his tile very very shoddy. I am having to hire another contractor to fix his mess, plus me and my son have been working over a week scrubbing. Tile grout off everything, that I beleve he did on purpose because he took it upon himself to do things. Other than what I asked him to do. + 0 moreThe work is fantastic, I could not have hoped for anything better.He is extremely nice and very informative. He did whatever it took to get the job completed and takes great pride in his work. He claims he is not a professional but his work looks like it. I would refer him for anything as he does many things in and out of the house. He is willing to negotiate for a fair price as well.
