We signed the contract in May of 2007 stating that our house would be done in August of 2007. In mid February of 2008, we finally moved in. It was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had. We constantly had to stay on top of the contractor to get the house done. So many things were done wrong and had to be re-done, there is still touch up items that he is suppose to do, and on May 9th, last Friday, I come home to find a big bubble in my kids bath room ceiling. Either the plumber or the AC guy, neither one will accept the blame for it, left the drain line for the AC inside the roof of the house. It was just laying on the ceiling of the kids bathroom so all of the condensation was just pouring on to the ceiling. As a result the ceiling in the kids bathroom has to be replaced, the wall is soaked and has to be replaced and my daughters ceiling also has a wet spot and will have to be repaired. All because no one inspected the house thoroughly after it was done. Getting this man to honor is word/contract is a very hard thing and has left a big fear of having any one who has anything to do with house building or repairs do anything for me in the future.
