Very lousy work, they did break out and haul of concrete. They started short cutting and didn't remove all the footing. After much arguing, they finally moved outside the old footing and dug a new one. They set the ladder inserts in the wrong place. The hand rail is set in crooked and leans. They poured the concrete on the diving board end out of level. They did not re-install it. Had to have someone else re-install the board with special bolts. They took two weeks to finally come remove the rest of the forms and haul off their debris. The deck is not poured level and drops off over an inch in the curves on the diving board end. On the patio end, the deck is not level. It drops an inch and a half on the south edge. We had planned to have them redo out deck and pour it the same height as our pool deck. We will have to have the pool deck broke out and redone before we can replace the patio so it will be level. Had to have someone else topsoil to fill in the edges around the deck where they had their forms. Over all very pour quality of work.
