The job went smoothly and employees cleaned the mess afterwards. The only hiccup was that they did not bring enough shingles for the job but they got it done in a timely manner.

Fantastic work. Price was as quoted and on time. The old window was out and the new door was completely installed in less than 3 hours. All finish work was performed within 4 days of the door being installed. This was a difficult job due to the house being an older brick faced structure. All brick work was done beautifully! Except for the new mortar, I cant tell there was a remodel performed. This is an outstanding company! I will be using them again!

They were representing us as the buyer so our realtor who works for them brought her a commission through the sellers. We only worked with our realtor. We used to go to the office and everybody seems to be friendly. When they would call the office, the secretary was always happy to try and accommodate us with our realtor and was able to give us information and things of that nature. They were helpful and customer friendly. It was a real good service.

It went very well to say the least. Mr. Rowland is the epitome of checklists as he uses a checklist to ensure nothing is left unfinished by not only himself but by his subs as well. Somehow, I cannot figure it out for myself he manages to stay in contact with all the sub contractors on every job before they get started , during the project as well and follows up with them after the project reaches completion. I know this from being aroound one of his subs and them telling me that Bobby Rowland calls to tell them XXX has to be done by XXX so YYY can get in to finish whatever. This sub says if he doesn't get over ther to take care of whatever Bobby has called about, there may not be a second call because he won't hesitate to call the boss or for that matter another contractor next time. Bottom line is if I had the reason or opportunity to hire him again I would do so in a heartbeat!
